Therapist really said "it's just a phase", etc. You literally have a life in your hands and you're gonna treat it like that?. I'd name that person but I won't. It is unprofessional of that person to put down a child going through tough times. Take your ignorance somewhere else. That person clearly doesn't want to make a difference in the mental health community.
