I believe they are understaffed. The enter staff were kind, professional, at least one trying to cheer me up in a bad health situation.

Shout out to nurse Ji🩷 she was amazing and all the ICU nurses who took care of my grandmother and my family during a horrible unexpected time. Best nurses in Hawaii
