I've been to a lot of rehabs after my decision to get my life together. Honestly I believe this one is the best that I've been to. The classes/programming is excellent. Gilbert, Ms Carter and Kendall are excellent counselors, they both have personal experience as well being we educated in different approaches and methods that help you recover, get clean and sober and maintain your sobriety. The only issue I've had is some of my property was not logged correctly saying I came in without a wallet. But they quickly fixed their mistake found my wallet and it was taken care of. Furthermore, because of my last relapse my sober living manager kicked me out, but he blocked my number before I could get my property. This facility went out of their way and sent drivers to my past sober living to help me recover my possessions including my bicycle, which when your starting from the bottom (being homeless/addicted/etc) is HUGE. Shout out to Gilbert the TA. Miguel the cooking staff. Nicole at the front desk. All the nursing staff. I wish I could stop here but I have to mention that this facility creates an environment where you learn how to have fun sober again and enjoy life sober again... Everything from karaoke, to poker and chess.... Art supplies. A small library if you want to keep to your self and stay in your room. The rooms are hotel quality. Decent hotel style. I'm very grateful to be alive, I'm very grateful to be here... Usually in rehab I grudgingly attend group to hear repetitive content... Here I'm not only looking forward to group but also am getting my motivation to succeed back. Last but not least. Katrina my case manager, she's excellent. Cool, calm, collected and very good at listening and providing a quick solution to whatever I'm working on in order to get my shit together. I'm tearing up. Thank u guys. I completely forgot bijon and his cousin who were the ones that helped me get into this place... I'm blanking on his cousins name... But he was part of saving my life whether he knows it or not. Thank you.

Laguna is an amazing place to get the help you need. The staff, the clients, and the facility is top notch. I got so much from them during my visit, facilitators (Gilbert, Toshi, Alexis, Maria, Richard and Kendall) are the absolute best at what they do. I highly recommend Laguna for treatment.

Friendly, helpful staff : from housekeeping to nurses, reception, instructors, therapists, case manager. I have learned so much and grown a lot. The instructors are amazing and helpful. All the staff is loving and caring, and they show and express it. The food is great, I've tried new foods.

One of the better treatment centers I’ve been to, staff really does care , the group facilitators , Gilbert , Maria , Richard , and Kendal are amazing at what they do and you can tell they want each and every person to succeed that comes in. The front desk staff are super cool , my case manager Katrina always kept me informed on what was going on and helped me to the next step of aftercare. They give you the tools you need to succeed and carry on into your recovery. I do think there should be a little more coordination between everybody because it does get confusing sometimes where to go and where to be and I think there should be some more outside activities. Other than that I had a great experience. Thank you Laguna treatment team!

The program is super supportive

The place was laid back and very client friendly. I felt at ease I have got the most time I've ever had sober and I say that was from the staff here from the nurses to the ta's and the therapist. Mr toshi my therapist and Gilbert were awsome. Highly recommend.

And so I'd hate to write a review and it gets perceived as watered down or not authentic. When I say from the staff , Including the 24/7 on-site Nurses and even kitchen staff are all genuinely kind and caring, I mean it from the bottom of my heart. I'm in an environment where I feel comfortable enough to get what I came here for. Thanks for caring. In addition the food is amazing, super gourmet-style , I have zero complaints about the food. Thanks for being a stepping stone to my lifetime of sobriety.

I have had a great experience. Everyone has been very welcoming. I would recommend to anyone with substance abuse.
