Everything about this place is horrible. From the appointment process, to the care process, to billing, nothings works as it should and the patient, and there family suffer. Highly recommend families seek medical care elsewhere.

I had to wait over 90 minutes for a Zoom call🙄 Only went through everything to get said appointment.

I needed my medical records and Pam took the time to get them for me. She was very friendly.

In response to the owners, Multiple complaints have already been filed in regards to the treatment and care provided at such facility. Please reveiw the complaint files and follow up in a timely manner. Like two years later: Still never received a follow-up on the complaints. They will give you a serotonin overdose and never respond to you. Will recommend getting a Marijuana prescription instead of treating you for anxiety. Any women that have been sexually assaulted or abused, this is not a safe place to talk to you.

Victoria Gunter is my counselor and she's absolutely amazing. Very proactive about trying to help me manage and maintain my mental health conditions and the side effects that come along with them. She calls me personally to check up on me usually at least 1-2 times per week when things aren't doing so well. She has stayed late, Contacted me while she was on vacation and actually genuinely seems to care about my daily and life long struggles. I've only had 2 other Drs that seemed to care about me on the same level. I have difficulty talking to her and getting things off my chest but that has nothing to do with her and everything to do with me. I dont really want to talk about it bc i know it will just upset me and theres nothing talking about it will help.. However I have medical disabilities that put me in a strange cusp that makes it difficult for me to be approved. My Dr said that with my mental issues, i should have no problem getting it. I just have to be properly diagnosed which means that i have to go to counseling (🤧) first but the doctor that suggested going for mental said a good friend of hers got approved for disability for "seasonal depression" so i should be able to find a little nook for me to fall into.

Never once actually been helped Here, they don't even know how to put in my birthday correct. Asked for a an arrest report for a state I've never been arrested in. Drove an hour from mobile to do an evaluation got turned away for being 10 minutes late. If zero stars were available I would selected that. The vet place across the street who helped me print the required police report is amazing if you have an animal. Just curious if they pull your driving record wouldn't they see your arrest report? Nonsense ooo than they tell you call a number in which they don't pick up to reschedule. Also youll see a response from the owner he doesn't call back or care either. THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY
