My family has been going to Lawndale for the past eight years. And this is my first time reviewing because I really feel like the organization has done a lot to improve their customer service and overall customer experience. It used to be such a headache to schedule an appointment and now is the easiest 2 minutes of your day. Which is so important when you have sick kids you’re taking care of. I saw their low rating and wanted to add my two cents. Well done Lawndale! I see you!

Excellent doctors terribly organized I absolutely hate coming here but keep because the doctors are great and knowledgeable have been here ten years. My most recent problem is trying to book an appointment for over a month and all I get is the run around and voice messages.

Didnt like how i came to my daughters checkup and i provided info i was worried about and doctor alexandra prior was mocking my concerns and trying to outsmart me. Definetely not reassuring due to the info i had and also i didnt finish speaking my concerns or explaining things. She completely cut me off. I didnt like her character very unpleasant. Really disgusting. And continues to bring abother person to belittle my concerns and trying to basically say im exxagerating and im wrong when she doesnt see the things i notice on a daily basis of my child nor did i diagnose my own child only just concerns of being. Definetely need to hire better nurses or doctors that actually care abd not there just for money and just rude and stuck up. Do better. Going to change where i take my child and future children

The dentist cancels appointments on the day you are scheduled to show up for them. The dentist claims he has grand mal seizures so if you care about your dental health think about it. The dentist should be replaced.

Prices are good and they don't take long to get my orders ready for an often sold out Medication. My only complaint is that there's a sign saying to make sure your order is right because they don't do refunds but when I tried to check my medication before paying the guy told me I couldn't, I checked anyway because my medicine is expensive. If I have to pay before checking then you should absolutely accept a return if the medication is wrong

Dr. Barber is amazing! The wait is long, but it is worth it having her as my doctor. She is very thorough and addresses all of my concerns.

Came here for foot doctor appointment on 10/15/25 . . My appointment was at 9:45am . . It's here 11:15am and I still haven't got seen yet .. it's like they purposely make black people wait to be seen and it's soooooo sad 💯
