Located just outside Phoenix, Legacy Recovery Center helps clients from all over the U.S. rebuild their lives in a private residential treatment center surrounded by peaceful desert landscapes. Owned and operated by psychiatrists with over 40 years of combined experience , as well as a robust therapeutic team, they provide addiction treatment and mental health support, including complex conditions like schizophrenia and bipolar. Please note: Legacy Recovery Center does not accept state insurance or Medicaid. Receive Tailored Treatment from Master’s-Level Therapists Legacy Recovery Center is not a one-size-fits-all program. All clients receive a comprehensive assessment to determine the biological, psychological, and social aspects of their mental health disorder or addiction, and treatment is tailored to their specific needs. Treatment is provided through psychotherapy, psychiatric care, modalities specific to clients’ diagnoses, and holistic approaches like physical exercise, spiritual exploration, healthy eating habits, meditation, yoga, and rediscovering passions in life. Support groups such as 12-Step programs are optional. Find Healing in a Home-Like Space Legacy Recovery Center designed their property to feel like a home, offering beautiful, spacious rooms and amenities not often found in treatment centers. Clients stay in private or shared rooms with full-sized beds on a gated 2-acre property with a pool, hot tub, citrus trees, and walking paths. Fireside gatherings, on-site recreation, and guidance from a professional athlete in nutrition and exercise further enhance the restorative environment. Transition Home with Aftercare in Place Legacy Recovery Center offers a range of aftercare services, including setting up outpatient therapy, support groups, and referrals to community resources to ensure clients continue to receive support as they transition back into everyday life.

this is the third treatment center i have ever attended and i can say by far that this is the BEST one i have ever been to. they strictly focus on mental health and uncovering traumas i was always so scared to talk about. on top of that, the staff has always been so generous and genuine and that’s rare to find in treatment centers. it was a life changing experience for me that i’ll never forget- thank you!

Legacy recover has been an amazing experience. I came into the program broken, depressed and lost. The progress i made in the short time is incredible. The staff are amazing and the property is a calming atmosphere. I recommend this recovery program. Everything on its schedule is put together to help every health need.

Dave and the team at Legacy Recovery were supportive and dedicated to helping our son with not just sobriety, but more important, his mental health. Our son had attempted suicide and I was so worried about finding him the right help. Legacy’s mental health first and substance abuse second approach is spot on, saving our son through the darkest of days. A big shout out to Melanie for the weekly family therapy sessions. A life saver for me! The counseling provided to family members is outstanding and so helpful with setting boundaries. Legacy’s commitment to help and counsel all the way to and then through sober living, clearly is above and beyond. I will be forever grateful for how they helped my kid when no one else could. Richard is empathetic, knowledgeable and truly passionate about helping people. Tyler's therapy worked wonders, and was positively transformative, in addition to planning a solid plan after the recovery. I highly recommend this facility for anyone who needs and wants the help.

I am so thankful to Legacy for my life! Last summer my life was spiraling out of control and I needed help. The entire staff was so helpful and caring. All the sessions and assignments were so worth the outcome. I felt like I could talk to Any one of them and ask any question without feeling like a loser. I even had a good experience with the other residents (for the most part). We watched movies, played games, crafted, visited and talked things out amongst ourselves. I even discovered a few new things about myself from others there! Tanja is the best. Could talk to her about anything and she was supportive, to the point and caring. Oh and she is an animal lover❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
