Checked-in for my 11:15 appointment for labs at 10:55. Waited for an hour without being seen before rescheduling. It should not take that long to have my blood drawn.

If time is money, then this is the most expensive vet in Louisville. Sure their prices are a lot cheaper but if they say 45 mins expect 3 hours.

IVE been here quite a bit all the staff are extremely helpful and caring.Dr Dar is the most honest and helpful dr I've ever had in my life I cant say enough good about this clinic

Staff has been helpful... when ever you can get a hold of someone. Doctors just want to slap a bandaid on you and get you out of there without treating the real problem.

I am always treated great and usually dont have to wait a long time. The reasoning for the missing star is everytime I call I get placed on hold for a long time.

They don’t know the pcp your assigned to and keep you on hold , and continuously transfer you from place to place

The only reason I gave it one star is because I think some of the doctors may be good physicians, but you can't get an appointment with them or leave messages for them.. I have called thier AO on at least two occasions and left a message and he never called back. I've had bad experiences with nurses being totally unprofessional. I tried to call the AO today and was on hold for TWO HOURS. I finally Hung up. The negligence and incompetence that my father, a Navy veteran has experienced hasn't made the news only because my father has a son and wife that manage his care. Otherwise you'd see another story on page 6 about yet another veteran that died at the hands of the VA system.
