After going to The Mpls. VA Maplewood is a breath of fresh air. I'm happy I made the change and Doc Kale (first name) is breath of fresh air.

I have been to the Maplewood VA Clinic on three occasions and it has been very prompt and professional.

Don't waste your time with this facility. I have made three appointments over a 6 month period, all were cancelled a hour prior. Each time I had to start the schedulling process over, basicly resetting the clock for their internal metrics! On paper they say paients schedule appointments within 2-3 weeks, reality is 6 months+. This facility should be closed for preventing Veterans from recieving the medical service they earned. The Maplewood VA is doing a disservice to to Veterans.
