I love my program and everybody that works there. They are all super helpful and professional and forgiving. They make life easier for me and reassure me that I’m going in the right direction consistently.i love that they know everyone personally and always call us out on a first name basis.. They are like my extended family and have come to adore them all. Thank you Raisa for always being there and coming thru in a clutch. And Charlie for always having a smile.😘 you guys are the best and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

This clinic is by far the best clinic in the Denver/Metro area and it all starts with the ownership . The owner has made sure she's hired the very best for this clinic from the gentlemen that is in the front that checks you in , keeps your appointments straight , payments straight and informs you of any kind of changes to their schedule such as holidays , etc. and most likely does a whole lot of other things for this clinic that us patients don't know about. The counselors here actually care about what's going on in your life and if you've having any issues go above and beyond to help you solve them ....I can honestly say I have never got done with a counseling appointment and didn't have at least a little bit more hope about my life and they also make themselves available to all of their patients to where you don't have to wait a whole month to talk to them again , you can ask while you are here dosing or schedule another appointment and they will see you and help you with whatever they can. The nurse that takes samples whether it be blood or urine or (every 50mgs ) does an EKG and whatever kind of tests that need to be done and is also one of the most kind ,caring people you will ever deal with . Everyone that works here are very kind and caring and are here to help you . The dosing nurse is awesome, she gets you dosed very quickly and if you have any questions she's more then happy to answer them . Both of the Providers that work here are very knowledgeable and will make sure you get to a therapeutic dose as quickly as the law allows them to so you're comfortable and not sniffling, sneezing, no appetite or sleep by 6 pm , exact opposite they make sure your dose carries you for 24 hours like it should . Last but not least one of the major problems I've had with other clinics are the wait times to get dosed, at the previous clinic I was at I would get there at 4:45 am and be maybe 5th in line and most of the days I wouldn't get dosed until 5:45 - 6:30 am because they could care less about you or your job , I've been in Methadone for 10 year's now and have explained to so many dosing techs, administrators and counselors that not only do they have our lives in their hands but also our livelihoods in their hands and working construction my day usually starts at 6 am and I was constantly late not because I wasn't doing what I was supposed to but because the clinic wasn't and ultimately have lost a lot of really good jobs over the year's because of that clinic. Mile High Treatment and Recovery yes opens at 530am but there's never ever more then 2 people in the clinic at that hour and unless I had a UA or monthly meet with my councelor I am dosed and walking out of the door in under 5 minutes . Another thing they let you do if you've coming from a different clinic is guest dose for a couple of weeks and do your intake in phases, I know at other clinics it can be a 4 hour process but I did my intake in one sitting and I say it was about an hour and half but it was probably an hour to do a full intake and what I recommend to people that are already in a program is go dose at your normal clinic and then go into Mile High Recovery and Treatment and that way you already have your medicine, your calm and relaxed and it's even easier to get your intake done . Please , and know this is coming from someone who has been in Methadone programs for 10 year's, come to Mile High Treatment and Recovery, get treated like an actual human being again and actually be able to work a program that you can truly phase up in .

Out of 10 yr's of being on Methadone the last 2 years I've been going to Mile High Treatment & Recovery . This clinic is in a class of it's own and by far the best clinic I have ever been to from the very easy onboarding process which they let you do over a few day's if need be and let you guest dose doing it but I recommend if you can just get it done the 1st day because it only took 1 and a half hour's from start to finish compared to other clinics that take 4+ hrs.The staff at this clinic is by far the most experienced, certified , kind, caring and compassionate that truly care how their patients well being is and work with you and your schedule to reach various goals that everyone has no matter what their situation is all they want is for your health and quality of life improve and will truly work with every individual patient and do everything they can to help you make that happen. This clinic is as excellent as it is because like most Healthcare Facilities and businesses in general the person that opened and operates this clinic has been there every single day and is really involved with all of the patients and their needs and has a very extensive background in medicine and on top of that is one of the most genuinely kind, caring, compassionate person with a huge heart that I've ever met in general much less operate a Methadone clinic and it resonates throughout her staff from being greeted by the gentleman at the front desk and making sure you're checked in right away to helping you schedule various appointments with one of their providers and counseling appointments and does so in line with your schedule and then getting you to the dosing windows within a couple of minutes. 3 of my biggest issues I had at other clinics was the Doctor or PA's getting me to a therapeutic dose, getting dosed in a reasonable amount of time so I can get to work on time and having a counselor that actually cares about me, my life, how I am doing and talking to me during my counseling sessions to help me figure a way through certain issues in my life. It hasn't taken more then 10 minutes to get dosed and most the time it's 5 minutes at 5:30 am , the medical practitioners got me on a therapeutic dose the very 1st day and have adjusted it as needed to keep at a dose I should be at so I'm not going through withdrawal at 9pm and walking a thin red line that always leads to a relapse . The counselors there are , again, by far the best I've ever seen or have had in my recovery in 10 year's, instead of walking into there office, having you sign on the pen pad and saying " that's all have a good day" , they genuinely care about what's going on in your life and talk to you and help you with whatever the issues are or if you're doing great they actually want to hear about and want to help give you advise and various tool's to help not only your recovery and life and also highly recommend their Wednesday group meetings at 9 am. Being surrounded by people that actually care makes a huge difference. Last but definitely not least their nurse is the best I've ever had not only at a Methadone Clinic but in any Healthcare facility, again the kindness, compassion and caring for every patient is as prevalent as it could be. Again no matter who you are, what your situation is the only thing the people care about this clinic is you , the patient , your health, well being and happiness, your life and recovery and will do everything they can to help you get where you want to be in your recovery and life. Sincerely, Adam

I cannot say enough good things about Mile High treatment and recovery]. From the moment I walked into their clinic, I felt more than just like a patient; I felt truly caredthe staff members. My therapist/casworkwer Amanda takes the time to listen, really listen, to all of my concerns, no matter how big or small. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure I fully understand my treatment options and never rush me through an appointment. What truly sets them apart, though, is their unwavering commitment to my well-being. Whether it’s following up personally after a procedure, answering questions outside of office hours, or just providing emotional support when I’m feeling uncertain, they help me and make me feel like a priortiy. I was stressing SO MUCH about potentially missing doses because I didn’t have a ride for 2 days, one of the staff members Lisa (who so so sweet by the way), was able to deliver my doses to me so I didn’t have to go without my medication. I transferred in from a different clinic out of state and I was amazed at the treatment I received from the very start of my journey at Mile High. My old clinic wouldn’t have cared AT ALL. They would tell me tough luck and I can go to the hospital to get dosed if I needed to. Mile High on the other hand made sure I was taken care of and I’m so grateful for that. It’s rare to find a healthcare provider, (especially in the harm reduction recovery field) who treats their patients with such genuine empathy, dedication, and respect. I am so grateful for everything the staff at Mile High has done and continues to do to help me in my recovery and I know I’m in the best hands possible. If you’re looking for a provider who truly cares, look no further. I cannot recommend them enough!

This place is terrible the caseworkers are disrespectful rude and talk to you like you and idiot and then don't let you dose because you don't sit there and let them yell at you and give you attitude and pretty much say that everything is in your head and your making it up .and I bet you not one of them even really know what it's like there just going by some dum books they only read about what it's like and now all of a sudden there experts.dont go here not unless you want to be belittled yelled at and then blamed for what happens and not able to even get sober they keep you coming they don't want you to get better they won't get paid if you do

I was seeking treatment at a different clinic for about a year and a half before I came here to Mile high treatment and recovery it was only here at this clinic that I was able to finally get clean and get my life back on track because it is a smaller clinic I was able to get the individual attention I needed and connect with the providers the counselors and the nurses on a more personal and deeper level that was specific to my treatment and recovery. I began attending group here every Wednesdays and began to connect with other clients which became a great support system. My dirty to recovery seemed unachievable until I started coming here. I began to understand that methadone wasn't some magic medicine that was going to make me stop using I had to treat my mind my spirit and my emotional state in order to get better I was able to stop abusing substances that only 100 mg of methadone and I haven't had to increase it not even a little bit in order to fully recover. I recommend anybody who's not currently successful or not receiving treatment to come here and start healing.
