Monarch is a wonderful place to go if you ever need help they have great referrals to other places. The staff is wonderful and friendly make you feel welcomed.

Monarch is amazing! I've been with them for just over a year and joined them a week after coming out of a coma. They have been extremely helpful, and I would recommend them to anyone!

The therapist and monarch is just a joke, they don’t truly help like they say.. help just enough to pass the buck to someone else..same with these programs .. give you just enough info to be passed along and helped very little.. they just looked at me and all they can say was yeah… yeah… yeah and nod theirs heads.. how rude and disrespectful.. it’s just a paycheck to them another job.. most of them quit after awhile because they are weak themselves

Doctors pass you off like a hot potato. I was dropped by a great psychiatrist who unfortunately moved to Texas, and transferred to a new psychiatrist who invalidates my concerns. My first therapist was not a great fit so I asked to be referred to a new one who turned out to be a good fit (so I thought). She dropped me out of the blue without explaining why or referring me to a new therapist. After a while I got another who was also invalidating and unhelpful. There were long awkward pauses after I explained my issues where she didn't know what to say. There is no direct line of communication to your doctors if you need to reach out about medicine or other concerns. Overall I liked monarch in the beginning but have had increasingly unpleasant experiences with them. I look forward to finding a new provider.

Monarch has been a Godsend for my family. Michelle Butler is wonderful.
