Everything I’ve experienced about this service is absolutely horrific. Both times they scheduled me during their lunch hour and then looked at me like I was a criminal for showing up for my scheduled appointment. During my first very first appointment I need to use the restroom. I asked to use the restroom. I went to go use the restroom And then I tried to get back in and they looked at me like I was a criminal shook their head at me like absolutely not so I pointed the room that I was in for my meeting where my partner was and where the team lead was I was like you can ask first, and they were like shaking their head at me like what are you doing? What am I doing? Trying to get back in my own gosh darn appointment that’s what I’m trying to do. So yeah they were told that. Yes I am the girl from the appointment and yes, they did allow me to use the restroom during it and then they scheduled me at noon. Guess what they take lunch from noon to one and when I show up for my scheduled appointment, they acted like there was no appointment for me and then they found out. Yes there was but the person that made my appointment for me lied to me about who was gonna be with also they lied to my doctor saying that they would prescribe you medication that you guys don’t prescribe like what are you doing? This is not a good service. It was supposed to start for me on October 1. It is October 23 now and I have still yet to have an in-home visit for my mental crisis. I have gone to their office twice. Been treated like a criminal twice so yeah I just do not recommend this place. That’s all I know at this point, I’m sure there’s a lot more worse stuff to know but this is what I know

Great Drs and staff I love it they actually listen instead of medication and that's it I'm really glad I went to them

As a member of Monarch for 10+ years the service I can say without doubt this is Money well spent. I am making progress with my mental health and plan to return to work in 2025 if all goes accordingly. Thank you to all members of Monarch staff for assisting in my journey.
