Clean, efficient, steadfast & kind.

It's in the neighborhood so it's very convenient. It's always pretty clean but you can't always expect speedy service or the best of attitudes. I try to always be pleasant that's the best way to be but you don't always get what you put out here. Overall this location is OK Iwill be returning again it's in the neighborhood

Had an appointment with Dr. Daniel Evans at 2pm. I arrived at 1:55pm, went through intake quickly was done around 2, I was told to go upstairs to the clinic. I checked in and was told to have a seat until my name was called. I was called at abt 2:15 for a vitals check, and when I asked how long it would be before I saw the actual doctor she made and face and said it maybe awhile. I said how long is a while. I went and sat back in the waiting area and a very nice lady came over ti tell me abt a patient counsel board they were trying to form for the clinic. I just listened to the woman across from me say her son went to the back to see the doctor over 30 minutes ago and he’s still sitting back there ALONE, and had yet to see the doctor. I told the woman thank you but I’m not interested because I’m getting the feeling I won’t be back here. I told her how long I had been waiting because by this time it was 2:45pm. She went to the back and said that I was next but I was already sure it was next to sit in a room. Sure enough 2 (what u believe are student doctors or doctors doing their residency) called me to the back. It was now 2:49. They said they wanted to get some background and then they’ll go get the doctor. I told them I was not pressed for time as it was almost 3pm. They apologized and stated they know they wait time can be inconvenient and they’ll go get Dr Evans. They returned abt 10 minutes later with the doctor who came in joking and talking to them as if they didn’t already give him a summary on why I ask them to see a the doctor without the background. I told him that super unprofessional. He then told me there usually a wait when seeing a doctor. I told him I’ve been to a doctor a time or two in my 34 years and no not to this capacity. There are older ppl who have ride services to get them here and they don’t have hours in end to sit here when they are dependent on a ride service. Lol he proceeded to say he doesn’t know one doctor in the city of Chicago who doesn’t have a wait of over an hour to an hour and a half to see their patients. Like what lol. Why would you just lie like that. I told him yeah sure then I’ll just keep commuting to Dupage county because I’ve never experienced terrible service like this and to be met by his pompous attitude. He doesn’t have a clue. And to think I waited over a month for this appointment, that should been a red flag itself I guess.

Waste of time

I been going to this Center since 2015. All my children services are here. Dr. Jenny Kim is the Best Pediatrician Ever. She is patient and kind. I love this Center
