New Roads Behavioral Health provides treatment for substance abuse and complex mental health conditions such as borderline personality disorder, schizophrenia, anxiety and depression, and other mental health conditions. Multiple levels of care are offered along with personalized treatment plans. Levels of care include residential treatment, partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), general outpatient, and psychiatric outpatient. New Roads spans across 3 separate properties in Cottonwood Heights, Utah. Clients are divided into 3 groups. These include PATH, a dual diagnosis program for young men, WORTH, a program for women focusing on dialectical behavioral therapy, and NORTH, a program designed for transitioning into sober living. New Roads Behavioral Health specializes in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing (MI) along with 12-Step facilitation. New Roads Behavioral Health provides comfortable, gender-specific housing. The facilities include a variety of amenities such as a basketball court, volleyball courts, billiards, ping pong, and foosball tables. Recreational sessions are held 3 times a week, and clients will enjoy fun activities such as going to the movies, bowling, hiking, and more.
