I went to visit my sister there recently and the smell in the lobby was horrible like there was mildew and it was really bad and the hallway leading to her apt also smelled bad pretty sure there maintenance needs to clean the carpet or find where the bad smell is coming from.

Im new here, and they are really worrying me over lack of structure & organization. The NURSE has been REALLY HELPFUL throughout the WHOLE process, Chrisy or Christy. (Sry I forgot your name sweetie)Then poor Jamie, the councilor, seems to have a FULL plate, but he REALLY does an EXCELLENT job at what he does!!!! Everyone seems to work well and independently, but somewhere as a team, things aren't working as a whole. (If that makes sense) I just want what they say is going to happen,to actually happen when they say it will!!! (My take homes should have already started this past Monday & haven't.) I have faith in this place still, and I will update you later once I've been there longer.

I went there for about 3years and it was great until they hired a new program director then everything went down hill she definitely don't like to do her job I went to her about my take homes and she said she would look into it so I asked for her ext number and she said don't call me I'll call you then she never called me all of the staff that worked there when i was there have all left quit because of her and it does no good to fill out a Grievance. Cause they don't do anything about her i filled out two of them So I suggest you find another clinic⁸

I'm really regretting my transfer decision. This place is closed for dosing quite a bit due to not having a nurse to dose ppl. This is putting so many lives at risk. Not to mention, I put in for some changes on my daily dose 2 months ago...an nothing has changed. I'm going to be transferring to another clinic soon.

Love the Counselors and the staff. There is wonderful and nice there to help you and your time are quick to get you help. So you're not suffering when you show up. To get the help that you desperately need.

They are really about helping people.

Okay they have stepped their game up some thankfully this program saved my life. If you don’t get take homes better plan for at least an hour of your time. They have one good nurse Shelly! And the staff is very good people they all truly care about you.

They don’t care that much about making sure people get their medication. Medication that the patient relies on because it’s a life saving medication. Every doctor office in America gives you a 15 minute window if you’re running late because they know sometimes it’s out of your control as to why you’re running late. I if your in the building k time but your app to check in doesn’t work and you have to find someone to check you in and by the time you do that and your 2 minutes late they deny you your medication. So what does most drug addicts do when they can’t dose they end up going to use street drugs that day and more times then not someone overdoses so new seasons is good when it comes to friendly staff but that staff doesn’t care if you need life saving medication or not because if your 2 minutes late your denied your medication because they are the only medical facility in America that dint give you a 15 minute window to give you life saving medication even if it’s over the fact your app to check in doesn’t work and you can’t find someone to check you in before 10am
