I was told that they only make you go two days a week now. Does anyone know if that’s true? I want to go but it’s hard for me to make it every day with having to work also.

I have been receiving services from NWIH for 4 or 5 years now, at both the Puyallup (South Hill) clinic and the Tacoma clinic. All the providers have been extremely compassionate, helpful and ensuring that my experience is a collaborative one. NWIH Tacoma clinic is where I am currently receiving care and I always look forward to seeing Joanna’s smiling face. She’s one of the staff members here who always goes above and beyond to help anyway she can. She’ll bring my son snack after snack to keep him busy while I am being seen. She is professional, attentive to detail and always has a sunny disposition. She is the gold standard not just in service and care for others in healthcare in general but in behavioral health specifically where empathy, compassion and persistence is desperately needed but rarely found, Joanna definitely possesses.
