I first first went on methadone in Olympia and it was so terrible to get in there. It took like 2 months of hell trying to get in there. Make a long story short. I relapsed I moved to Tacoma and I walked into Northwest integrated health on 38th and South divaway and I literally was dosing that day. It wasn't a lot. They only start you out is 30 mg which is okay. Your body has to build up to it. I get that but I got better and if it wasn't for the staff and my counselor Danny and the nurse. Gary, I would still be an addict. I would still be blowing my money on stupid stuff. I ended up becoming evicted because I stopped paying my rent even though I needed to pay it. The addict in me was telling me that I didn't have to and now methadone really did help me and I'm not quite strong enough to get off of it yet. I've been on it for a year but at some point I'll get off of it. But right now I need it and I'm glad that they're there to help. They listen they're they're. They always give you advice and they keep you going. You know they're never negative and when I look about it most of them are addicts themselves and they all already know what you're going through. Especially Gary the nurse. He's the x heroin addict and I love that about him because you know we have something in common. I didn't do heroin but I did opiates which is just as bad and he'll always listen no matter what. If there's other people out there that still have to dose he still lives and I'm up to now. I only go in once a month to dose and I love it. And I'm getting better and stronger everyday. Thank you so much and agreeded hell

professional staff, helpful treatment. Would recommend! Counselor Jorge is so caring and helpful. These people genuinely go above and beyond for their clients you can tell. The provider PA Muro is also very kind and knowledgeable. Love this place! hands down would give 6 stars if I could 🌟🌟✨💥⭐💫

For a while I was really upset with this place for a while. There was a security guard that was very confrontational but he isnt working here anymore and I feel a lot more comfortable coming here. When he was here I was super uncomfortable with him. I can see that this place is trying really hard to be better. They are always trying to make improvements. I had a counselor that wasn't much of a help and it really frustrated me that I wasn't getting the help I needed. I now have a counselor name Annalee and she is exactly the person that I needed. They couldn't have matched me with a better person. I am feeling a lot more positive about this place now. They seem to have a really good team now! Makes me really happy. People need this type of environment when trying to get sober! Thank you for making changes to better serve people with their mental health needs. Good job. 👍

Usually not busy at all…counselors always quit so don’t get used to the one you get assigned to.

Tried Tacoma Detox 3 times, tried Suboxone at Southwest Integrated Health 2 times, and tried various other methods. The methadone program at Northwest Integrated Health isn't only what finally did for me but it was easy. It takes time to get up to the proper mg. but once you do you'll never have a detox symptom other than fatigue. Just keep going whatever it takes. I was a homeless addict and in a few short months of cutting down the drugs and increasing the methadone I was clean and passing UAs. The people there are amazing and do care about your recovery. Every time I go in now they tell me how proud they are and really make me feel like I accomplished the impossible. Nia, the smoking hot nurse, never made me feel ashamed for who I was and even brought some blankets to work to give to me. You'll never be forgotten. Gary, the dosing dude, will give you any info you need or a joke or some knowledge, whatever your ears are in need of. Every time I dose he makes me feel like a champion. Even though my visits are usually only a couple minutes long I love coming to see those guys once a week. I wouldn't be here sober writing this review without you guys and the service you wake up every day to provide. Thank you, eternally and infinitely, thank you.

Mychell, the provider at this location is by far one of the best I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. Over the 5 years I’ve been coming to this place I’ve dealt with many providers. She is the only one that has ever taken the time out of her day to help when help was really needed.
