Established in 1991, this outpatient center delivers mental health and substance use counseling for children, adolescents, adults, and families. Clinicians address a broad range of concerns, including trauma, grief, addiction, and LGBTQ+ support. Telehealth sessions may be available depending on clinical appropriateness and provider use. Evidence-Based Counseling and Support Clients receive clinically grounded care using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing (MI). Treatment may involve weekly individual sessions and structured group therapy lasting 60 to 90 minutes. Support Beyond Traditional Therapy In addition to clinical services, clients gain access to peer support from certified specialists with lived experience in recovery. Targeted therapy groups further enhance care, including moral reconation therapy (MRT) for behavior change, gender identity support groups, and substance use groups that promote insight, coping skills, and motivation for recovery. These offerings strengthen progress by integrating professional guidance with meaningful peer connection.
