Levels of Care
Our admissions team will work with you to explore the right payment options based on your needs, ensuring you get the best possible treatment.
The highest level of care, medically managed with 24-hour nursing and physician care in a residential or medically-based setting, and can include any combination of medication, counseling and therapy.
Some primary care providers offer mental health diagnosis and treatment. This can prevent patients from developing more serious conditions.
Substance use and mental health can occur simultaneously as co-occurring disorders. Treatment for co-occurring disorders involves therapy and other personalized interventions to address both conditions.

911 call brought me here on July 28th. Today is December 15th. I will be 90 this month. The nursing care is excellent. Gave a house key to a neighbor for emergency 2+ years ago. Filled a police report recently. Frank Lescher says key is on the dining room table. I am a damn fool for trusting. It’s a bad habit I always had. Hospital meds are probably keeping me alive. Don’t waste the meds on me. As the play and movie goes; I’m tired of living but scared of dying, but old man river keeps rolling along. Had an extensive jewelry collection. Gave Frank Lescher the boxes to hold 2 years ago. I asked that they be returned. He put the boxes in my garage. Sent me a picture of the closed boxes. I bet he lsold the gems on the net. Won’t know until I get home and find the boxes are now empty. He came to visit me in the hospital once and brought me 2 Trader Joe’s candy bars. Let see, steal thousands in jewelry and feel 2 candy bars is adequate replacement. Jocelyn and Jennifer, the gem collection was part of your inheritance.

After seeing a rheumatologist for chronic pain, I had to do extensive lab work. For me, this is extremely difficult as I have a severe phobia of getting blood drawn--where I have previously fainted, had my heart rate skyrocket and oxygen plummet, etc. Thankfully, Mary Ramos and Alyson Yang were working that day. Both individuals were incredibly compassionate and actually listened. Alyson did an amazing job at distracting me, while Mary took nine tubes of blood without causing me any pain. I could not have asked for a better lab work situation. From the bottom of my heart, I want to say a BIG THANK YOU to both Mary Ramos and Alyson Yang!!!

My daughter had a post tonsillectomy bleed and we ended up with emergency surgery. The staff was incredible. From the time we arrived every nurse and doctor were kind understanding and efficient. The surgery nurse even stayed overtime to make sure we taken care of. Thank you for making a rough situation better.

I went by Ambulance to Overlake ER after ebike accident. Flail Chest, crushed ribcage. Most of the staff fantastic. The x-ray technician was horrible and caused extreme pain and acted like he was enjoying seeing me scream. Turns out after holding me for 4 days they figure out they can't fix me but Harborview can. Off to Harborview for 3 weeks. Thank God for Harborview in Seattle, the real trauma center. 8 titanium rib plates and a few years later and I am doing well.

We would like to recognize Alyson, Clinical Lab Assistant II, for her exceptional care during our prenatal visit. She was warm, gentle, and extremely skilled. My wife was nervous about the blood draw, but Alyson made the entire experience calm and comfortable. Her kindness and professionalism truly stood out and made a huge difference for us. We sincerely appreciate her outstanding service and hope this recognition reaches her and her leadership team. Thank you, Alyson!

My experience at this hospital was extremely traumatic. After giving birth, the staff left a medical swab inside my body. I went home in severe pain, unable to understand why I was suffering so much. It caused unbearable discomfort and made it impossible for me to care for my newborn son or even take care of myself. This negligence put my health and life in danger. What should have been a joyful time became one of the most painful experiences of my life. I am in the process of seeking accountability through the proper legal channels so that no other mother has to experience what I went through.

I am very frustrated with this place.Overlake OB/GYN Bellgrove. I have been pregnant two times in a row. In the beginning stages and they schedule me automatically for 2 1/2 months out. I have checked around other OB/GYN places and they are able to take me immediately they said. I feel like my 2 1/2 months of waiting delayed Me getting care which caused me to get miscarriage both times during both of my pregnancies. I think I’m gonna go somewhere else. And the only reason why I give two stars is because doctor and all staff are really great
