This place does not answer the phone or call me back. That’s not a good sign. Extremely unprofessional and disheartening for someone who needs help.

I worked in mental health for 11 years, I have never seen such disregard for patient safety. The therapist I was assigned to kept canceling and rescheduling and I wound up not being able to see my psychiatrist because of it. Psychiatrist has not reached out at all and I'm on a SSRI medication which CANNOT just be stopped.

They add water to the methadone in your face like it all good. There are two nurses who are straight up rude. The counselors are spineless.
