Levels of Care
Our admissions team will work with you to explore the right payment options based on your needs, ensuring you get the best possible treatment.
Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
Some primary care providers offer mental health diagnosis and treatment. This can prevent patients from developing more serious conditions.
Substance use and mental health can occur simultaneously as co-occurring disorders. Treatment for co-occurring disorders involves therapy and other personalized interventions to address both conditions.
Absolutely the best rehab experience of many! Feels like home and a family they truly care and the program taught me a lot! Counselors are great! Has a professional music studio! Everything is upscale! Thank You so much Vanity

I call ahead saying I'm gonna be 10 min late but was only 5 minutes late.. over the phone she said it was cool but, when I drive there which is a 45 min drive each way they say we got to reschedule.... Umm 🤔 why couldn't you tell me on the phone? Not trying to be that person who writes a review like this but my cars electronics and power steering is going out, started yesterday. Please in the future tell me what's up before coming and usually doctors give you a 15 min grace period. It's whatever

Very lazy, disrespectful and reckless my mental illnesses are actually getting worse with medications that I’m being prescribed and are depriving and causing me physical illnesses stay away from them if you can cause they act and show they don’t care at all.

After their acquisition by Easter Seals this place has gone down hill fast. They no longer offered free service to those in tough financial straits, the front desk staff is terribly rude and under trained, and they are booked so far in advance you are unlikely to see a therapist for months. Glad to see the American Health Care system at work as yet another service is rendered inoperable due to corporate investment vultures. For a place claiming to be a charity nonprofit they seem to lack the heart and compassion of either.

Loveeeee my therapist and dr but what’s going to change with the front desk people? They always have an attitude, even through a phone call they sound annoyed. They can change the wall colors but not the rude front desk ladies?

Don’t come here at all I been through a lot I’m 2023 .. they don’t care about you & they don’t really wanna listen .. I had to switch therapists multiple times throughout the year and I’m tired of it . if your therapist say it’s confidential it’s not confidential if they’re gonna tell to BUSNIESS . I’m going to look for a new therapist

This place has really gone downhill ever since they changed to EasterSeals. My doctor had the good sense to get out while he could but now they have just stuck me with some random doctor that could care less about me and my treatment plan I’ve been on for 10 years. And don’t even get me started with the counselors! They changed my diagnosis that I’ve had for 5 years and kept me from being able to get my medication and then would not let me schedule an appt with my doctor to talk about alternative medicines. I tried to speak with the supervisor but surprise surprise, she was on an indefinite vacation and unavailable! I have received no help in the last 2 months! If there was any other place I could turn to I would! I’ve had it with Port Health!

Abruptly changed my doctor without notification and new doctor, Dr Ellis, is terrible, he does not care about me as a WHOLE person at all he just views me as a "Addict", he literally said this to me. Also, I've been clean for 6 years & now I don't know where to turn. Dr. Ellis claimed I was someone else saying I cried last time I was there and he has changed 3 medications that have been working for me for years. I willingly tried to do what he asked and when I was hardly able to complete daily living tasks and tried to have a discussion and express my concerns, he was very unprofessional, disrespectful and rude! I requested to see my original Doctor, Doctor K, and the receptionist snapped at me and said there will be no more doctor changes! I have seen 3 different doctors in the last 6 months and all of them told me something different. Current doctor called my previous doctors, "legal drug dealers", one of those being Dr K, the new clinical medical director. Smh! What do I do now? I refuse to pay this doctor to treat me like a "addict" and not treat me like a human being.
