Levels of Care
Our admissions team will work with you to explore the right payment options based on your needs, ensuring you get the best possible treatment.
Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
Some primary care providers offer mental health diagnosis and treatment. This can prevent patients from developing more serious conditions.
Substance use and mental health can occur simultaneously as co-occurring disorders. Treatment for co-occurring disorders involves therapy and other personalized interventions to address both conditions.

As an Participant of The Resilient Health: Art Awakenings Program: I Have Noticed, Come to realize; and To Personally Experience: That The Employees of The Resilient Health/ Art Awakenings Program 4655 S. Lakeshore Dr. Tempe, AZ 85282 do Not Care or Put Any time Into The Participants, Unless It Is Time For Them To Submit Their Paperwork; In Order To Get Paid. The Employees Of The Resilient Health/ Art Awakenings Program do Not Practice The Same Tools In Which They Teach. There IS Much Going On There At The Resilient Health/ Art Awakenings Program. If I Knew then, What I Know Now; I would NOT have referred ANYONE there. I have personally witnessed the employees of the ART AWAKENINGS/ Resilient Health Program entering into Arguments with clients, speaking negatively about, it To Clients *AND I MYSELF, AFTER WAKING FROM MY COMA, WHEN MY MINDSET WAS THAT OF A 14 YEAR OLD, WAS TREATED BADLY BY AN EMPLOYEE, TOLD TO SHUT UP; AND SIT DOWN. I REPORTED THIS INCIDENT, IN WRITING; AS WELL AS FOLLOWING THE PROPER CHAIN IN WHICH TO REPORT “WRONG DOINGS” TO (THE DISABLED) but NOTHING happened Just Wanted To Share, In Hopes Of Someone Else Now Having To Be Subjected To THE HURT AND NEGATIVITY THAT COMES WITH DEALING WITH THIS FACILITY

A kid used scissors to cut my child's clothing in class. My child isn't supposed to have access to scissors. Heck, I'm sure most of the kids aren't. Considering what type of program it is. I'm just disappointed that I brought my child here for counseling. And it wasn't even safe.Thank god, it was just her t shirt.

For the most part all the clients were great and wonderful. It's some of the staff I have major issues with. Bullies! I would call most of them. Power and control issues, when they need to help people with mental issues.

AVOID RESILIENT HEALTH IF POSSIBLE. This place is horrible. (Gilbert location)If it is at all possible to go somewhere else. I highly suggest it. Nobody gets back to you. And honestly Amber is just rude. Nobody will try to help you unless you get really mad and then they just tell you what you want to here to calm you down. Then they just play messenger with a Director and the doctor, walking back and forth from the office to the front telling you what the doctor said, its a joke. Stacy and Roberta up front are very nice and try their best to help but they are not doctors so their hands are tied, they can only do so much. Everyone else is a joke. Ahlea is the MA for Dr Lyons and she is just bad at her job. She will not get back to you. If you need anything done fast your in trouble (with anyone. Ahlea just makes it worse) It WILL NOT happen. But you can always schedule an appointment for 3 weeks out and get it taken care of, hopefully. A lot of people come here because it is free with the state or whatever but im telling you. I was just in the office complaining and another patient comes in and is having problems as well. Resilient Health is beyond unorganized. IF AT ALL POSSIBLE, AVOID THIS PLACE (Gilbert location)
