The best facility, staff, and programming in the country. I’ve been in and out of places for the past 7 years, but couldn’t get more than a few weeks clean. I found RECO expecting it to be just another rehab. What I found was self-care, respect, passion, compassion, and real coping skills that have allowed me to celebrate 1 year clean as of Tuesday. I owe everything to this place, from George and David, to Danielle and the techs. Thank you for believing in me.

Very attentive councilors and comfortable housing. The staff at Reco is very attentive to the needs of the patients and they work diligently to meet all the needs of the patients.

The majority of reviews here unfortunately do not reflect the significant issues regarding poor communication and operational inconsistencies at the facility. ​The initial program information provided to my Son over the phone did not align with how the program is currently run. This discrepancy became immediately apparent upon enrollment. Furthermore, there is a clear lack of consistency in how facility rules are applied. For example, some individuals in recovery were permitted to keep their cell phones, violating established protocol. The resulting repercussions for this rule-breaking varied significantly based on the individual, suggesting unequal application of facility rules. ​The financial policies are also contradictory. The facility requires financial contributions from clients but prohibits them from leaving the premises to find viable employment. This policy is highly questionable and suggests that financial interests are prioritized over the comprehensive care and long-term recovery goals of the clients. ​After discussions with clinical coordinators and therapists regarding my son’s care, I requested contact from Clinical Director, Dave Levin. Instead of fulfilling this request, Mr. Levin ignored my request and decided to have my son transferred to a different Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This action demonstrates an appalling lack of professionalism and disrespect. It raises serious concerns about the Director’s management style and the manner in which he treats young adults in recovery. ​Based on my experience and observations of the program's management, inconsistency, and lack of accountability, I cannot, in good conscience, endorse or recommend Reco Intensive.

Reco has gave me the tools and conitnued to care along the way with alumni meetings and alumni events every so often. I look forward to those n had a great therapist in Filoude who knew what I needed and wouldn’t sugarcoat things but was never mean. Always supportive and wanted what was best for me. Also appreciate Cat - who I grew to be good friends with and Brock is awesome in his role too.

This is my fourth time in treatment and Reco has been, by far, the best experience. The staff is accommodating and here to help you and your needs. I feel like I am at home and I can finally be myself. Im blessed to be here and have had the opportunity to cross paths with the amazing people here.
