Levels of Care
Our admissions team will work with you to explore the right payment options based on your needs, ensuring you get the best possible treatment.
In a PHP, patients live at home but follow an intensive schedule of treatment. Most programs require you to be on-site for about 40 hours per week.
The highest level of care, medically managed with 24-hour nursing and physician care in a residential or medically-based setting, and can include any combination of medication, counseling and therapy.
Some primary care providers offer mental health diagnosis and treatment. This can prevent patients from developing more serious conditions.
Substance use and mental health can occur simultaneously as co-occurring disorders. Treatment for co-occurring disorders involves therapy and other personalized interventions to address both conditions.
Absolutely the best rehab experience of many! Feels like home and a family they truly care and the program taught me a lot! Counselors are great! Has a professional music studio! Everything is upscale! Thank You so much Vanity

My father died at this facility. They waited to call 911… he called 5 different family member and I, a few hours before his death, saying “they are going to kill me”. Do NOT send your loved ones to this facility!

I was put here , obviously my brain broke,, I met a couple of good mentors, that really gave me some faith, this was back in 2018, from some of the reviews it's almost like the same experience I had, The biggest person who's stuck out was therapist lady, She told me I get out on a Tuesday and she lied about it manipulated me played with my feelings and emotions. Some of the mentors told me that she does that to her clients I refuse medication and I think that's why she did that to me. She was trying to hold me there a lot longer than I needed to be. Self-harm isn't okay nor is trying to take your own life, please check if it's your environment and who you're surrounding yourself with, and seek therapy somewhere else, this place sounds like it's not and those who used to work there are not working there anymore or the villain therapist lady is running the show! They could have done better with their be and things then gel pens and coloring books. And TV all day.

Just awful. They don't like including family even when the person wants them to. They don't have a good working phone for guests to call out on. The care provider was very rude because I wanted my son back in Montana. She accused me of thinking I could take better care of him. They could have provided him with better care by including me. If they had let him go earlier when he was stable all would have went well. I should not have had to force them to let him leave. He wasn't a danger to himself or anyone else. they had not reason to keep holding him. If you hear your loved one is going to this place try to stop it from happening.

I was here over the 2018 Thanksgiving Holiday. It was useless to me. It was a joke. In 2021 the Los Angeles police department had me pull a 51-50 at the request of a chaplain at the Los Angeles Mission. It was also a waste of time. It also was a joke. Unfortunately at this writing I'm still alive.

If you need further reasons to take your own life, try RI recovery, they will steal anything of value you bring in and drop you off in the worst part of town with zero mobility, no phone, and not a single resource, while collecting an exuberant amount of money from tax payers just to mentally torture you until you quit being a pv$$y and just K¥$ already... Coaxed suicides are the best when they come from companies posing as help like RI international, the best thing to happen to the dropping suicide rate in years.

I dont write reviews often and Im gonna go out and say after reflecting on my stay at this place and speak out because honestly this place sucks and needs improvement and I genuinely wish there was more options in WA for mental health facilities. I brought my medications with me when I was sent here due to my health issues and I know some places don’t have it available. They mentioned they had to verify with my pharmacy and my doctor which is totally fine and usually every single time it goes good. They did inform me everything was verified and I can take my meds during my stay. They did not give or return my very much needed medication and when I asked for it when getting discharged they straight up just ignored me asking about it multiple times. At this point I think they just stole it which is extremely frustrating and made my health worse and had to go for WEEKS without my meds after trying to call and nothing happened…No treatment happened or any plans for my discharge was made. I just sat in bed or watched tv for hours and then got booted out with my meds missing and in a worse state than before...I want to also mention the place is not very clean honestly and my room smelt unkept and I’m pretty tolerant to messy spaces. I felt very uncomfortable the whole time. I’ve been to many facilities in different states and here in WA and this place is very unprofessional and seeming disorganized. I am very disappointed this place is not taking their patients seriously and having good communication with them. I honestly don’t recommend coming here.
