Levels of Care
Our admissions team will work with you to explore the right payment options based on your needs, ensuring you get the best possible treatment.
In a PHP, patients live at home but follow an intensive schedule of treatment. Most programs require you to be on-site for about 40 hours per week.
Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
Licensed primary mental health facilities provide specialized care for diagnosing and treating mental health conditions. By offering early intervention and comprehensive services, they promote overall well-being and prevent long-term complications.
Substance use disorders often occur alongside primary mental health conditions. Programs for co-occurring substance use disorders focus on both conditions, tailoring treatment for comprehensive recovery.

I received a call this morning after waiting 2/3 months for a psychiatrist appointment that Penne Liebel wasn’t able to make it in for my FIRST appointment and her next available isn’t until February.. it’s October? MENTAL HEALTH IS NOT A JOKE OR SOMETHING TO BE PUTOFF FOR HALF A YEAR!!! She missed the appointment and for that I’m being told to wait another 4 months.. I’m disgusted and have to figure something else out obviously. IF YOU NEED TRUE MENTAL HELP DONT GO HERE.. so sad

I am so sick of being infantalized and gaslit by my psych nurse (S Hogue). She has goo-goo-gaa-gaa'd me for the last time today after two years. Talking to her about any concerns, whether it's what to expect with my prescription or the fact that I'm losing Medicaid in January along with tens of thousands of other people in Iowa is like talking to a kindergarten teacher and you're her five year old who wants a juice box before nap time. I have a terminal degree that's technically higher than yours, and I just happen to have depression and anxiety which is why I'm asking for help. I'm not an idiot. Don't you ever fix your face to talk to me like that again trying to tell me that just because you didn't see something in the news doesn't mean it's going to come to pass. They just cut my community care coordinator's entire program. You can play willfully ignorant all you want but I will be escalating that conversation. I'm so sick of her after two years of her infantilizing and condescending attitude because I need my mediciation. I put up with it because in the mental health field, as a Black woman, in my experience, my issues often get ignored and overlooked and I need my medication. She was beyond useless today and absolutely no help to me. I'm still waiting for her to put my prescription in and had to call myself to schedule the next appointment. I'm getting a new provider ASAP. That said, they get two stars because the on-call nursing staff is always very helpful. If it were just S Hogue I would be giving them one star.

Was NOT impressed with the 2 girls at the reception desk. Place is trashy outside & in. Tried rescheduling & it's months out. The person who answered the phone for scheduling was unprofessional, tacky & had a could care less attitude. Just look at their ratings. Says it all! Under 2 stars! You won't get the help you need & deserve.

The staff are extremely rude. They act like just checking you in is an inconvenience. I overheard one of the ladies talking about someone’s business. You can feel the negative vibe just sitting in the waiting room. Frankly, if there were other options in the area I would take my daughter elsewhere. Im sure it’s not an ideal job, but come on. Be professional. HIPAA is a thing. Drink your coffee and mind ya business.

I have been going to Robert young center in moline sense 2011 Friday I hade my appointment over the phone he told me that I hade to come into the office for a pee test I told him it would have to be Monday because my grandson got into trouble at school and I needed to go to the school he told me if I wasn’t there by 230. He would take me off my meds that I have been on for years now I didn’t make it out of the school until 220 so needless to say I didn’t make it by 230 it’s pretty sad that I have been going there for years and to get treated this way I have no control when something’s gonna happen and I need to be at the school

My son had an appointment at 1:00 pm.on June 7th. We drove in from AZ. That same day early ,arriving in Sterling and finally getting to bed at 3:30 am. Getting myself and my son going for his appointment was difficult. I knew we’d be late so I called ahead to let them know. We arrived at 1:17. The receptionist checked her computer and said the doctor had checked us red , meaning he would not see us. I explained that this was my fault for being late and I emphasized the importance that we be seen .Long story short, they appear to be punishing us because I let them know they apparently do not care about their patients. We have been rescheduled for August 26th. WOW!!! The medical doctors in general have been very good, however the psychiatrists , therapists and consolers seem to really not care . We have recently been in formed that my son’s therapy/consoling session was ( a waist of time because he was not opening up ,however it is ultimately up to my son to continue or not. What a choice. I am leaving out much but you get to idea.
