Was a pleasant experience at the ER. This is the second time I’ve been to this ER and both experiences have been good. Everyone was quick and efficient. Was immediately taken back to triage and had minimal time waiting for different test results. All the nurses and PAs were great. Highly recommend.

This was the Best Care I have ever recieved from start to finish. Everyone working at this Hospital that took care of me needs a Big Pay Raise. Including my Surgeon he did a most Awesome and Excellent Job.

Came to this ER at about 11:45pm...still haven't talked with Doctor or put in a room. It's now4:50am.

If it's a emergency go elsewhere even if hour away. You'll die waiting to be seen here. But at least they have home renovation on tv

October of 2024 they sent me home with breathing complications saying I was fine. The next night I ended up at north east with my oxygen at 32%. Was told if I had not come that moment I would have been found dead by the morning. Now my father sits in the waiting room for 5 hours with a busted gut instead of being in a room! Worst hospital ever!!!!

This happened over a year ago but im still disturbed. I came in after being…hacked? stalked? Idk. Weird things were sent to my phone that scared me. When I went to novant in huntersville, they practically hazed me and I was sent to holly hill where the hazing continued. Obviously, you guys were aware. I was followed by a group of teens aged 17-19 ish at Walgreens and they said “did you get a shot of her?” Since I was still being harassed, I got sent here unfortunately. A man in the waiting room said “can I get a shot of her?” When I tried to explain this to a nurse, he was picking his teeth and said, “you must be having some wicked dreams.” Totally dismissed me. You guys are disgusting. There was one nurse, crystal who treated me with humanity. I tried to complain to an advocate and have something done, but i never heard from her again. I wasn’t hallucinating. I was being stalked and harassed. Don’t come here if you are in distress or are having a mental health crisis. They think it’s funny. I was genuinely afraid I was going to get shot.

After being diagnosed with malignant melanoma, I needed to have a large area surgically removed from between my should blades. The whole process could not have run smoother. Preop nurses were the best and made my nervous wife feel very assured. The operating room staff came out and met me, asked the kind of music I like and had it playing as they rolled me in. Recovery nurses made sure I was very comfortable and pain free. Surgical Services is top notch.
