Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
Some primary care providers offer mental health diagnosis and treatment. This can prevent patients from developing more serious conditions.
Substance use and mental health can occur simultaneously as co-occurring disorders. Treatment for co-occurring disorders involves therapy and other personalized interventions to address both conditions.

I RECENTLY DELETED A REVIEW, as I thought myself, the Clinical Director (CD) and my therapist came to an understanding. During my last visit, I attempted to bring PEACE between myself and the receptionist, Victoria Munoz—yet, she refused to accept. She initially refused to even come into my therapists office per my request, for clarity and peace. During my last visit in February with Stacey, and a call to my pharmacy, it was found that my prescriptions were not being sent over directly after the previous two sessions, and my therapist Stacey can confirm this, as I chose to call the pharmacy on speakerphone for her to understand the situation. Stacey realized that the medications were not being received by the pharmacy, by 5-15 days after my visits. We were both dumbfounded. I just wanted her to hear the pharmacy state what I had been trying to share with Victoria over several calls in the past couple of months, and I just wanted to know that the pharmacy would receive my medications after visits to prevent any medication lapse time for me. During my past calls, Victoria kept insisting the prescriptions were there. She took my insistence that they weren’t, and my frustration as me being rude. She began causing problems between me and the facility staff (CC & Therapist). I left a message at one point for the CD to call me regarding the matter (early on, during my initial continued calls when I first began seeing Stacey - I believe it was January). I never received a call back from him. This request occurred before I decided to initially leave a previous review regarding Victoria. It is not in my nature to be rude. I am persistent, though; and I called several times attempting to explain each time I went to the pharmacy, they’d tell me there were no prescriptions for me, and that one medication had been discontinued. During my February visit, Stacey confirmed there were no discontinued medications. I’m not sure how this all came about; yet, Victoria is the person that answers the calls and I feel she facilitated the experience during a few of my previous calls, and my last visit to cause my termination of care via a recently received letter. Interesting. As the CD and I spoke regarding the matter during my last visit. I purposely spoke to him in passing, during my last visit in an additional attempt to bring clarity to what occurred with the pharmacy. I also mentioned the therapist Stacey wrote down the dates of refills while listening to the pharmacy call that I had on speakerphone in her office. The CD stated for me to reach out to him directly if there is ever an issue; yet (as mentioned) I left a voicemail when all of this was occurring, requesting him to call me. Perhaps he didn’t receive the vm. Soon I noticed my past calls being ignored, during a time that I had two different visits and no medications at the pharmacy after, for delayed timeframes. I shared with the CD that I attempted to bring peace with Victoria and she not only refused to come into the private office of my therapist, yet when I insisted many times; she did, and would not reach for the ‘olive branch’ I extended to her. She also stood there while I spoke to him, disagreeing. I am not afraid to offer an apology, even if I have not done anything to apologize for. I have never once been nothing but peaceful in the lobby, waiting for my appointment; nor have I ever caused a scene. Yet, these are now accusations. Perhaps Victoria did not understand my concerns via several calls over the past couple of months regarding my medications; and this is what I attempted to share with her in front of Stacey, so that Stacey could verify what she heard the pharmacy state on the telephone, with Victoria. Stacey assured me it wouldn’t happen again. I shared with Stacey upon leaving my last visit, when she asked if I preferred a different clinic, that I did not, and that I would not interact with Victoria at all, to avoid misunderstandings. Stacey agreed and stated she’d come and get me personally, and now I’ve been terminated from being a patient? Wow.
