Root canal specialist called in sick the morning of appointment. Will need to wait 2 more weeks for the next available. This is for out of pocket so I will be going elsewhere.

They cancelled my appointment without notice. When they refill your meds, the MA you happen to see decide to change/eliminate your meds without even telling you, they're rude. To put salt in your wound, they send you out with a diagnosis is something they make up. They said I had diabetes without a blood test. I don't have diabetes, don't go there.

They like to cancel people's appointments just because they didn't get to their phone in time to approve it. Horrible horrible company

El peor lugar, perdí mi tiempo para nada, mi cita hera a las 9:30 Según tengo que estar 15 minutos antes y llege 20 minutos antes. Me entraron tarde Una enfermera me hizo dos radiografías y media hora después llego con la doctora y no se que paso me hizo otra vez las dos radiografías sin que la doctora me revisara todavía. Como en 20 minutos después llegan con la doctora denuevo y solo toca y seguro miro que las radiografías no eran las correctas. Ya le dijo de cual era y denuevo otra radiografía. Y minutos después llega la doctora y después de medio mirar y tocar. Me da el resultado de una manera con tan poca profesionalidad. Lastima que mi inglés es poco y no se si devido a eso hicieron un tan mal atención y trabajo. Lastima no saber sus nombres y también los pusiera aquí. Lastima que halla gente tan inconsciente qué uno pierde dinero y tiempo mientras ellas se lo ganan así de fácil.

Usually they called you 2 days prior your appointment and you confirm to go or not. Suddenly and when I arrive to mi visit they told me that they policy changed and for that my appointment was Cancelled which is unfair due to they didn't send me any warn about it to my telephone or mail or any other mean
