I was here for a while, I ended up getting discharged because of fighting. But in reality they did nothing but try to make it as helpful and comfortable for me as they could. I came in from 6 months in juvenile detention, after nobody would come and pick me up, and my dad is passed and had no contact with my mom. This place is the only place that kept me out of juvenile prison, even as they were actively trying to discharge me they kept trying to keep me so we could find a stable place for me, a lot of these reviews are based solely on peoples kids just simply not being ready to be in a treatment oriented environment, because no matter how many times your kid got punched at the the end of the day you can do so many different things to avoid getting punched or punching somebody else. I got into multiple fights and incidents here but every time there was always staff, and sometimes even patients trying to break it up, a lot of the staff/counselors are recovering addicts and have been to rehab facilities, some have even been to this one, so they know how it is. In reality kids are either ready or they're not, and there's nothing wrong with not being ready, but it gets to a point where your just being stubborn. Take me for example I'm 14, and have 7 months clean today. And I managed to do this even after being discharged because of their services.

It's a great place, the people there are really loving and they genuinely care about you, I've been there a couple of times and I was surprised every time they let me come back, and it's all because of them and God that I have a little under 5 months sober with more to come which is the longest I've ever done this by my self. I am extremely grateful and if you want something different to happen in your life, I highly recommend. I'm not even there anymore and I still get the same love and care every time I call or drop by to say hi. I had a five star experience, and I know anyone who truly wants to change there life will too.

This place saved my life! Yes it’s very strict but this is the only place that would accept me. This place takes the kids who are rejected by every other rehab and are here for you. Shout out to the staff !

i did read the reviews but on a wing and a prayer i sent my kid there when he got off black out he called and said they are giving him pills he has family doctor why are they giving 14 kid pills for something he has never bin diagnosed with yesterday he tells me they have a dark room or something like that him and another kid were slap boxing 7k worth of chrome in his mouth and they are letting him slap box then i ask him what pills are you taking i start telling him dont want you taking these pills they effect your serotonin levels his counselor his counselor Tamura decides she dont like our tone disconnected the call i call back im pissed who the are you we were not arguing im 75% death my kid calls me from up the road told him go back to sea marr i call sea mar they don't even know he has run away

This place is horrible and mistreats the people attending They look at people struggling and blame them for what they are going through zero empathy throughout the staff and the system and the food is white as hell justice for freshy

Seems as if they removed my last review. So let’s do this again. This is one of the worst rehab centers to EVER GO TO. The staff and workers there are nowhere near qualified to deal with people suffering with substance abuse. While I was there, I saw a kid get stabbed in the head by another patient. I saw every single person run away besides 2 people. I witnessed the 2 main women who run the place constantly put down,yell, and punish kids for the smallest things. Like going to the bathroom without asking. I am so genuinely surprised that they have not been sued and shut down. Never take your child here.
