Located near the Center Street Milwaukee Public Library, Sirona Recovery’s United House offers low-barrier housing for individuals struggling with chronic homelessness, many of whom have mental health and substance use concerns. Bus line 22 stops just outside the building at W Center Street and N 25th Street. Sirona Recovery is a nonprofit organization committed to helping the community reach mental health and wellness goals, offering financial assistance to eligible clients. Approach United House offers strengths-based case management focused on helping clients achieve housing stability, along with individual and group counseling focusing on life skills like budgeting and cleaning, interpersonal skills, psychoeducation, and medication management. Clients are connected to outside resources for mental health treatment, medical treatment, peer support, education, employment, and more.
