Horrible place don’t ever expect to get better. You will get harassed by ‘counselers’ and constantly go to court and get warrants because they don’t do their jobs.

Extremely expensive and slow on getting results. Did not get my evaluation result within the 30 days they said they would have it done and had to explain that to court. Still have not received the results of a $900 evaluation and have not been able to get a hold of anyone in their office for an entire week.

AVOID THIS PLACE! Unfair evaluation, I have no criminal history, sober for 3 years, scored low risk on their test. They still will give you level 3 high risk. They evaluate you to determine how much treatment you need from them(How much $ you need to give them) TERRIBLE PLACE!! It's been 1 year since my kids have been taken, and these guys are most of that reason. SAVE YOURSELF, FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Beautiful place to get help in many ways I'll highly recommend for anything

Pam did not follow up with collateral contacts as required by court order before submitting a report. She did not review domestic violence protection order declarations. Her report was dismissed by court. Waste of time for everyone involved.

After they take your money to perform an evaluation they later tell you that there is no evaluation and that they just go off the police report so it’s basically fake just to take your money that’s all it is nothing more.

I went to STOP finished the program during my time as a client staff was nice learned a lot while in the program but unfortunately after graduating they dropped the ball on me and now I am in a worse position then before I started. Melanie told me I had to tell them to send in a form which is ridiculous when I don't know nothing about that as a client I asked if it was in the paperwork and there is nothing to let the client know to do so. Now they move on to others and I am left trying to piece things together all because a staff member did not send in a form to DOL. I even ask to talk to Jeff who is over everyone and he refused to call me back about my situation i would not recommend this place to know one they will take your money and by the way tell you your insurance is good then turn around and say oh that insurance doesn't work like that Sarah who is in charge of that told me many different things thinking if I change up insurance companies they would pay for my treatment what a joke of a staff.
