In a single session, it was inferred a single parent home is broken and unhappy. When I corrected Dhara Shah, she went into speed question mode and, aware of my engineering degree, was inquiring about my work history, perhaps hoping to label me a welfare trope as well. That clearly isn’t my situation. I wouldn’t recommend Dhara Shah for family counseling due to the bias she presented. There’s no place for personal bias when people are seeking professional help.

My therapist is amazing.

The place is a disappointment. My child was getting therapy here for almost a year then the therapist informed us about leaving to another place. The therapist tried her best to transition her with someone else but no one would accept her their were several Therpist. The place didn’t care that this child was going to be affected by this or even cared of the progress she had made. They just abandoned her. She wasn’t transitioned to someone else or released. I called several times and no one got back to me. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you are considering a long treatment for therapy for your child. Go someone else.
