Outpatient with Sober Living Southern California Recovery Centers (SCRC) help men recover from alcoholism, addiction, and co-occurring disorders in a secure and encouraging environment. Their men’s-only outpatient program provides up-scale sober living homes throughout Southern California to suit clients’ styles and needs. From the beach communities of Dana Point to the home of country clubs and golf courses in Palm Desert, SCRC has something for everyone. Evidence-Based with Activity Outings SCRC prioritizes treating each person’s unique requirements by combining conventional and unconventional treatment approaches. Through evidence-based treatment techniques that address the fundamental problems behind addiction, SCRC aims to give hope to those who are suffering, and their families. The program includes transportation to AA/NA meetings with optional 12-Step meetings. Individual counseling, fitness training, outdoor activities, and free time are all included in clients’ well-rounded schedules. Fully Accredited Southern California Recovery Centers (SCRC) is accredited by The Joint Commission and CARF, and accepts most private insurance.

Souths Shores forever changed my life. It's a smaller recovery rehab which was better in my opinion. The staff are incredible and care so much. I didn't feel like I was there for insurance money like so many places can feel like. They were like a family. Groups are engaging. Therapy was very helpful. They also incorporate fun activities to enrich getting sober. My brother died while I was in the program and words can't describe the love and respect they gave me to walk thru such a heartbreak. Even though I completed the program and went home back to Oklahoma, I still am in contact with them. They helped me get my life on track with the love of helping people like myself work thru the struggle of addiction. Thank you South Shores!

It's a pill mill.with pushers.... They will stick you in a beautiful on the outside jacked up as hell trap style on the inside The people at work there are barely clean their cells The house is disgusting not clean it all especially the bathrooms The people act like they're in prison not there to help you recover All they do is jam pills down your throat before first day is to keep you to where you can't judge anything or get away Men have no problems fraternizing with the women there It's like high school all over again it just makes you want to be people up save yourself the trouble Go somewhere else Go get some peace

Sucks. No respect. I was “sent to my room for being disrespectful when I asked a fellow peer not to vape or smoke in the van.” By a 30 yo. No one followed up on their words and I will follow up with Tricare. You can’t have 20-30 yo with out life experience bullying others. I am so disappointed. Rules don’t matter. And I will follow up and want $60 for my ride to John Wayne Airport when my counselor and CM said dig deep- the decision maker Christina couldn’t show me a courtesy in a call and the tech Nick said that I couldn’t call my airline and kicked me out of the office. Run. Do not go there.

What a wonderful staff and location!! The staff was nothing but professional from the first time I contacted them on the phone. Several other facilities never even responded back after I had left voicemails. South Shores called back immediately and had coordinated my pick up as I lived 5 1/2 hours away. Every step of the way somebody reached out and asked if I needed anything or how they could better accommodate me prior to arrival. Once I arrived it just got better. I would have left in most circumstances and I felt like family there. My entire stay was amazing and I have recommended them to many veterans here in the Central Valley. I was there longer than three weeks and we were able to do multiple activities to include outings at the beach, surfing, going to the gym, multiple different hikes with amazing views and many more other outings. Highly recommend for anyone in need of help and I want to thank everybody there for being a part of my personal journey
