Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
Treatment for co-occurring mental health disorders, which affect the majority of individuals diagnosed, integrates care for mental health conditions with primary substance use. Personalized care plans are crafted to effectively address each condition simultaneously, optimizing the healing process.

I have dealt with State Of The Heart on very different terms than most people, they took over a property that I was renting from and I have had nothing but problems since they took over it was months of empty promises of getting me into a habitable unit and now that the unit is finally ready, the person they have me dealing with is beyond rude and has very poor communication skills. I really think they need to look into this and talk to their employees about how they talk to people, especially when I am not even a part of their actual program to talk to me so rude is insane because I pay them my rent every single month and have been completely understanding with everything they’ve had go on. I am not saying this company as a hole is bad just that my experience and what I have dealt with is. I feel like there needs to be a conversation with employees, especially because I have been in the middle of some very wild stuff since they took over here and I have been very, very considerate and understanding just to be talked to very disrespectfully when the one employee lacks communication or forgets to respond back with information so I’m forced to be the one constantly reaching out(which I was also met with a very unprofessional response) I wanted to provide a little update and give Junior the plumber and also Bull a huge thank you they have been awesome at getting things taken care of for me and beyond respectful when dealing with us. Junior did an amazing job on our new unit and we are so thankful.

This place helps so many people. It doesn't matter why you are there, they are always happy to see you there, I've personally never had a bad experience with anyone here in the 2 years I have been a client. People from all kinds of backgrounds are welcome and if they can't help you there they will find you help elsewhere and follow up with you on your progress...great place!

I have been going here for a few years now and I have been in and out of other treatment facilities most of my life. This place may definitely be a little ruff around the edges.Theres a very good reason for that. It's because they don't turn anyone away and they are inclusive and very understanding of people and their situations. I'm not easily impressed with any type of place that claims to do these things. I have to say they have impressed me over and over again. They care about the well-being of the people they serve, mentally, physically, Along with feeding them all and helping them get homes. Teaching them how to keep said homes to,a skill that most places forget to include in the programs that claim the same things. Now I would like to address the state of the building, I know that it's not the cleanest place there is around. For one reason I know personally that it was a garage for a long time before it was transformed into the amazing safe place for broken and lost people. If being the cleanest place in the City is a deal breaker for you then keep on moving on. Believe me if you want to heal yourself and become the best person you can be and you need help from people that have been through the same type of situations you have, this my friend is the place for you. These people care and they show it from the security guards to the one on one counseling. Tell them Richard sent you. They will know who I am, because they know everyone by name. Because they care.

If your and addict ready to cross-over in to getting clean. This staff will most definitely take care of you. Trust me, I have witnessed first hand the miracles they make happen in normality. They don't treat there work like regular jobs. They sit down face to face, one on one. In no judgement having most of the staff being recovering addicts themselves. I struggled with addiction all my life. Therefore because of Dr. Levveine, Anitra, Noel, Syniya, Randy and the rest of the awesome staff. (I apologize if i spelled your names incorrectly) I now have a solid foundation of what hope is. I love all of you at state of the heart recovery. Keep up the hard work. Hope all is well.
