The person that just called me was extremely, and I mean EXTREMELY rude. I was trying to explain to her that I got a message that my provider had an opening on 11/20 and I was trying to find out what time. This lady just kept telling me I already have an appointment on 11/20. I was trying to explain to her that I did not make that appointment, I infact did not make any appointments and should be on the cancelation list for the week of the 10th. She puts me on gold, comes back on the line and said, well besides the appointment one the 20th you already made I have blah blah. Receptionist should not be allowed to talk down to people the way that lady did. And she definitely is sick and does not feel well, you could clearly hear it. Of she doesn't feel well, hates or job or just having a bad day, I am still a human and she shouldn't talk to me like I am not simply because she won't try to listen to understand.

Absolutely LOVE Dr. LISA dokter. Absolutely amazing physician. Makes my appointment worth going to. Always answers questions in a way I can understand and help me figure things I need to do to keep me healthy. I will never go to a different doctor as long as she works here! Thank you for your amazing service and support with my diabetes! 🤗

I wanted to give a big thank you to Delores at your clinic there. I still sometimes forget to take my medications, but since she spent all that time with me explaining why I needed them and what they do, I've gotten a lot better about taking them. My condition has improved a lot. I really appreciate her taking the extra time to listen and for the resources she told me about. Thank you for your concern and your compassionate approach. I'm so glad I saw you.

Bad place to work for and to seek treatment. They dont care about there patients or employees. There management team seem very incapable of handling any situations.

Most sickening display of care ive ever witnessed. Went with my best friend. She was degraded and humiliated..was sickening to witness. I am mad at myself for not protecting my friend ....karma is real...youll pay you should not be allowed to be a dr

I went in to get a pregnancy test done, and no one listened to me. I went in, and was told that I'm not pregnant, but that I have a UTI, and was basically shoved me out and she acted like I was wasting her time, and told me to wait in the lobby to be called. A bit later, a man called me back. When we got to the room, the male nurse told me that the previous nurse told him I was talking about having issues going to the restroom, so I told him that was not the only thing that I had said, and then I told all of my symptoms that I'm having (that I already told the previous nurse), and then he left and a female doctor came in (I asked if my MIL could be on the phone, and as soon as she realized my MIL was on the phone she started speaking quieter), she told me that I was negative for a UTI, and I had asked why the previous lady told me I was positive for one, and then she informed me that the nurse wasn't even qualified to diagnose me with something like that. And so then she started telling me about how she'll print me info for a UTI, and then she told me that she'd need a stool sample for a possible stomach infection. And then she kept telling me about UTI's even though we had already moved past the fact that I didn't have one. And basically just kept brushing me off everytime I had a question, especially when it was about my symptoms or about pregnancy, it got the point I just stopped asking questions because she wasn't answering them or was acting like it was common sense or that I was, just like the last lady, wasting her time. When I got in the car after the absolute waste of time that just happened, my partner looked at the paper and the paper said the tests they did were blood tests. I did not have any blood drawn the whole time I was there. Basically, the whole time no one listened to me, no one cared about what I had to say, and they put information from blood tests when the only test that happened was a urine test. Terry Reilly was a complete waste of my time and I will not be returning after the way I was treated. I hate to sound like a Karen, but with healthcare, I'm not going to allow myself to be treated poorly, and I'm especially going to be saying something about it. Medical professionals need to stop brushing their patients off and actually listen to them. That is your job, your job is too listen to the patients and figure how to help them from there. It is not to brush them off and give random instructions or medications and/or act like you're better than them because you have a medical degree.

The nurse dolores maybach is horrible. Wrong diagnosis and prescribed something that actually made my condition worse. What happened to the hippocratic oath? Might as well have told me to just go away - that would have been better than their "treatment"

“Dr” Maybach and the receptionist are very rude and don’t seem to have any care for the job. They both act like you are disrupting their day. Maybach completely over looked my family members symptoms and disregarded any thing she had to say.
