Exceptional service! They are human and compassionate. I've been to alot of clinics through the years and this one is the best for a number of reasons. If you are in need this is where to go.

This place is amazing, the staff is phenomenal, polite,and truly care. I never thought I would get on methadone but I'm glad I am. The facility it's self is very clean and they have snacks and coffee. It's my first experience with a place like this and I recommend it to anyone. Thrive has been a life savior, they treat you with respect and they truly care for people staff is amazing, hands down the best methadone clinic around.

When I was initially selecting a methodone clinic to start my recovery journey, I was reading Google reviews to choose one, an at first I was skeptical because I've never seen a methodone clinic with all 5 star reviews. You know, in the back of my mind I was kind of thinking "Oh, they probably harassed people for reviews", however I still was intrigued because of what the reviews said, at least enough to check it out myself, even though it was all the way across town and took 3 hours by bus. I'm so thankful everyday I made the trip, I absolutely fell in love with the facility and the staff and the program as a whole. I've been going there since December 2024 and have been completely clean off of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine since June 1st and I can wholeheartedly say that I don't think it would have been possible without Thrive. One of my favorite things about Thrive is the staff, every single employee knows every client's name, and the whole place feels very homey and welcoming from the minute you walk in. I love walking into the clinic and hearing everyone saying "Hey Angela!" and asking how I'm doing not out of obligation but because they truely care about you and what's happening in your life. Unlike the vast majority of Methadone clinics I'vd tried, Thrive goes above an beyond to see their clients be successful an they will jump through all the hoops they can so thier clients can be successful in your sobriety. Nicole is a godsend and I'm so thankful that she started/is a part of Thrive because in an industry that is so commonly cold and disconnected Thrive stands out by being the only facility I've ever seen that is so completely dedicated and involved in all of their patients successful sobriety; So again thank you much Nicole, Vicky, Kia, Gavin, Sienna, John & Soloman! You guys completely saved an changed my life, you guys are the reason.I fell in love with Thrive which is what made me love being sober and helped me for the first time in my life get an stay clean on my own.
