Levels of Care
Our admissions team will work with you to explore the right payment options based on your needs, ensuring you get the best possible treatment.
The highest level of care, medically managed with 24-hour nursing and physician care in a residential or medically-based setting, and can include any combination of medication, counseling and therapy.
Licensed primary mental health facilities provide specialized care for diagnosing and treating mental health conditions. By offering early intervention and comprehensive services, they promote overall well-being and prevent long-term complications.
Substance use disorders often occur alongside primary mental health conditions. Programs for co-occurring substance use disorders focus on both conditions, tailoring treatment for comprehensive recovery.
Absolutely the best rehab experience of many! Feels like home and a family they truly care and the program taught me a lot! Counselors are great! Has a professional music studio! Everything is upscale! Thank You so much Vanity

My daughter was in the children's ER and the nurse Nicki was absolutely unbelievable. Condescending, rude. Talked to my husband and I like we were completely stupid. Just unacceptable. The 2 er docs that saw my daughter were excellent. Other then that everything else was 0 stars.

Extremely grateful today. Zaya had to have a procedure today. The same procedure Aria had to have a couple years ago. When we took Aria it was a nightmare. There was nothing that ever stuck out on why it was so bad until we went to a different hospital today for Zayas procedure. Promedica Russell Ebeid Children's Hospital in Toledo turned a stressful, hectic day into a compassionate and professional experience. We had amazing staff from beginning to end that prioritized making Zaya comfortable the entire time especially our initial nurse, Amy. That lady needs an award for her amazing patient care and bedside manner. 10/10. Could not have wished for a better experience and outcome.

Filed a formal complaint with Promedica’s Patient Advocate against Dr. Nagel over a month ago regarding an incorrect prescription for my 4-year-old’s seizure rescue medication—an error that could have had life-threatening consequences. No response was received. I followed up after a second prescription was also incorrect. After two dangerous mistakes and $300 in associated costs, I am requesting reimbursement. I will continue submitting public complaints until this is resolved. This level of negligence is unacceptable, especially when dealing with pediatric emergency medication.

My sister in law just had a baby who is currently in the NICU. We had already visited once before. And today we came in to see the baby again. Unfortunately the second we walked into the NICU we were met by the Charge Nurse at the time Nicole. She was unbelievably rude right off the bat. And immediately started accusing us of making a mistake on checking in last time and as well as was rude. We could not believe it. We had just walked in and didn't even get to ask any questions yet. This is the NICU, she is lucky our baby isn't dying and this could have been the last time to see her. We definitely could not believe that it was the charge nurse who had greeted us with such hostility. I will also be reporting her to the House Supervisor. We are all very disappointed.

Currently here with my 3day daughter who had to get emergency life flighted, I’m thankful for the equipment that saves lives but the staff I’m seeing does very minimal and it’s so concerning trying to focus on not only allowing yourself to heal but also look over you baby. We can see in the icu room with the camera but it’s been way to many times her eye mask has ended up over her mouth and nose leaving her eyes exposed for at one point 20min after waiting on hold and calling her nurse multiple times to fix it so she can be properly treated, we get told some nurses don’t like that and it’s clear the baby’s are only getting checked on every 3 hours when it’s time to feed the time spent between that is just the nurses sitting at the desk on phones talking etc. it should be at a minimum every hour checking on the baby’s making sure everything is fine especially when you get paid to do so it’s been a terrible situation and experience to the point I’m trying not to get postpartum from it all but it’s only been 3days and I’m not sure how they expect parents to be ok with all this

Apparently it's standard practice for them to threaten to call children's services if you try to go to a better hospital.

This hospital is crazy. I amwribting this review becauuse of a little child who needs to get to NY for futher treatment scans for her cancer by tomorrow and the doctor is threatening to call Child Protective Services on the mom because she wants to take her out now to get to NY in time. Really. Can't they see that her mom is trying to get her the needed appointment for her cancer treatment.
