We offer 315 acres of nature, the great healer, alongside our 13,000 sq. ft. brick mansion. Each client has their own private room & bathroom located in our all-new 24-bed residence. Our staff is highly trained to attend to your individual needs. We offer one to one counseling sessions throughout your stay. We begin your continuing care/aftercare planning soon after you arrive to help connect with support within your own community.

Recovery Care Offered

Detox

Typically the initial stage of treatment for substance use, focusing on medically supervised management of withdrawal symptoms.

Residential Rehab

Offering intensive care with 24/7 monitoring, residential substance use treatment is typically 30 days. Length can range from 14 to 90 days.

Sober Living

Transitional housing designed to support individuals recovering from substance use disorders offering a safe, supportive and structured environment for practicing long-term sobriety, while reintegrating back into daily living.

Day Treatment

In a PHP, patients live at home but follow an intensive schedule of treatment. Most programs require you to be on-site for about 40 hours per week.

Intensive Outpatient Program

An intensive outpatient program (IOP) falls between inpatient care and traditional outpatient services, with therapy and skills-building activities designed to support recovery and provide flexibility. IOP is ideal for those needing support but not the 24/7 care of a residential facility.

Outpatient

Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.

Co-Occurring Mental Health

Treatment for co-occurring mental health disorders, which affect the majority of individuals diagnosed, integrates care for mental health conditions with primary substance use. Personalized care plans are crafted to effectively address each condition simultaneously, optimizing the healing process.

This was my first rehabilitation program at age 47. I imagined it to be a strict, hosptal like setting, but the Ranch is unlike anything I've ever experienced. As tough as rehabilitation and sobriety is to initiate and maintiain, the guidance, amenities, beautiful landscape, recreation, after care, and of course the 5 star meals made this a miracle. There is a vast amount of programs, exercises, holistic practices, and sense of sprituality that makes ths place unique from any other treatment center. Attending the Top of the World Ranch is a God send. I will never forget this experience, as everyoe that made this possible are now my family.

Top of The World Ranch is an amazing Rehabilitation Center. The staff, Counselors, Program Facilitators, the Chefs (5 star meals), Nurses, Recovery Programs, Positive skills and behaviors, Daily Routines, 314 acres of being in nature have aided to my sobriety. This is a beautiful clean and healthy environment I highly recommend this facility.

The Ranch is a wonderful local option for drug and alcohol treatment. Most of the staff are in recovery and can meet clients where they’re at. Food is fantastic. There’s plenty of outdoors to enjoy. It feels almost like adult summer camp. Highly recommend

I attended TOW 5 years ago this month, and I was going through a lot at the time, and I wasn’t on my best behavior, and I was very sick for a few months. I have been clean & sober for 5 years this month, and I feel really good, and very happy that I did it. I sometimes wish I could go through it again so I could get all the benefits from the treatment because I was so sick, and there was a lot to learn, to help you. I very much liked the facility, and set up, as it’s not like other places that are in a hospital, or dirty run down buildings. It’s a 5 star resort with good food & alternatives to the 12 step program, if that’s what you are into. It really has been the best thing I have done in my life. I have recommended several clients to you that also say what I am saying. ❤️
