I do appreciate the fact that I have access to housing through front door diversion due to issues with credit caused by a family member as well as affordable access to medications. I will say I wish Trilogy would hire older therapists or people with more experience because I've had about therapists who are the same age as me and I'm only 26 years old. I don't think they have the life experience or maturity to effectively help me with my issues and resolve them, etc.

Im a client for a little over a year here at trilogy. In that time the counselors and staff have been top notch caring professional staff. I have absolutely nothing but wonderful things to say about them. This is in regards to thier financial services team who clients have no access to and i can definetly see why. Without going into specific details about my personal case i just want to say that they have left me feeling like a penny waiting for change. I dont think they care or have any sense of urgency. They definetly seem unknowledgable and slow as molasses.

I was at l at welbrook of Avon in The np was rude. I had a problem with gaining weight the np said ( she could not see me due to insurance. I ask to be sent out and my blood sugars were high . You would have thought I was asking for a lot. They told me I have to find my own way to the hospital. So I did . The MD seen me and new nothing about me at all he told me and my husband he has not looked at my chart . Glad I went to hospital was admitted for 3day . Thank God I am not going back their . Due to felt unsafe. MD staff needs to be fired . Thank you
