My experience has been amazing . I waited 5 weeks for another facility to turn me away we level up got me a bed date in 30 mins. The staff is amazing. My casemanager Vanessa was great I never had to wait for her. I got more progress with Ana my therapist then I've gotten with my other therapists in 6 years. The place is beautiful. They checked in on my The whole time during my flight they paid to fly me out. Kurt was the best. He was the face of we level up . He helped open me up to this experience and made me realize it will be okay. Emily Lewis an Allie are the best BHT ever. Go to we level up it will give you the change ur seeking. DO NOT GO HERE.....they lie and manipulate you to go here. Was lied to while there. Detox rooms are dirty. Flys are everywhere....they should buy a bug zapper. Groups consist of paper packets and videos that I can google myself. They let the same people talk and repeat themselves in groups. They don't direct groups to use "I" statements nor discourage cross talk. No outings. Only 6 patients can go to aa meetings and it's not consistent. We were without MILK FOR A WEEK and butter. Workout facility is a weight bench outside with weights. They move patients that are still in detox to residential way too early. Only concerned with filling beds. This place is poorly ran No communication between staff. The discharge planner lied to me about PHP, said it would be next to the beach that I could walk outside and the beach would be there.....total lie...beach is 25 minutes away. Don't believe anything they say. Was not consulted about my treatment with my insurance. They will keep you as long as possible for money from insurance. Only concerned about profit. There were 2 patients that had meth inside facility, another 2 had weedpens.

this is considerable the worst rehabilitation program that I have ever been to. The lies they spread are despicable beyond recognition. Do not go here. Do not trust anyone inside of this facility of lies. If you care about your loved one or yourself you will pursue other options. There are plenty of good choices I can not express enough how this place is not one of them.

Very solid place for recovery. If you need help this is the place to go. Extremely comfortable environment. Staff that really cares. Great therapists.

We level up is amazing . For me personally the therapist are phenomenal. Not only bringing balance but unrenown relatability to each of my personal situations. Keeps me on a healthy tract. Thank you sincerely. Not sure what I would do without you all.

Important Note: Make sure you don’t leave anything behind when you discharge they do not send items back. It’s been weeks since I left, and despite multiple follow-up calls, my belongings have not been returned. I’ve been consistently told that “a note has been made” and forwarded to the team, but nothing has come of it. Among the missing items is a very expensive medicated cream that I paid for out of pocket something I saved up two months’ worth of EBT cash assistance to afford, prioritizing it over other essential needs. I’m extremely disappointed with how this situation has been handled and unfortunately, I cannot recommend this part of the experience. I originally came here seeking support for my mental health and drug addiction. While I didn’t receive as much mental health-specific care as I expected, I’ve learned that you can never know too much about your past struggles with addiction — and in that regard, this experience has been incredibly valuable. I’ve been referred to a fantastic mental/SUD health facility that I’ve been to before and absolutely loved, so I’m looking forward to continuing my healing journey there. My time at We Level Up has been amazing. The bungalows are super comfortable, the classes and facilitators are excellent, and the staff as a whole has been incredibly supportive. I’m genuinely grateful for the help I received here. I truly felt that my needs were met, and I’m walking away stronger and more informed. I’m really going to miss this place and the incredible people I’ve met along the way. Hopefully, I won’t need to return, but if I ever do need support again, this will be my first choice without a doubt. Thank you to everyone at We Level Up. You all make a real difference. With gratitude and love I’ll miss you all very much!! 💜
