Located near Southport Park in Kenosha, West Grove Clinic offers outpatient treatment for substance use and mental health concerns for clients throughout Kenosha County. Bus lines 2, 3, and the Tripper stop just outside the clinic and on-site parking is available. Treatment Methods Therapy options include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and art therapy. Relationship therapy integrates the Gottman Method, Gary Chapman’s love languages, and other approaches. Psychiatrists work with clients to determine appropriate medications and dosages. Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) Alongside therapy and medication management, West Grove Clinic provides medication-assisted treatment (MAT) using Vivitrol and Suboxone for clients struggling with alcohol and opioid use. Intensive Outpatient Program West Grove Clinic’s intensive outpatient program (IOP) for substance use includes individual and group therapy, psychoeducation, relapse prevention, coping skills, and medication management. The program meets in person from 9:30 AM to 12:35 PM and in person or virtually from 5:00 PM to 8:05 PM on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Ariella Danowski is the best provider I’ve ever had. She always helps me no matter what and always gets me on the right medication to help me. She listens with no judgment at all and she goes above and beyond for her patients. If it wasn’t for her, I wouldn’t be where I am today with my mental health.

Don't even bother if you're not seeking ADOA treatment. They'll happily bill your insurance but do zero to treat you. Front office staff was nice. But I wasn't there to make friends with staff. I wanted & needed help.. 6 weeks later I'm still without a therapist referral or any meaningful advancement

This clinic is horrible when it comes to assistance for people suffering mental health issues they will drop you like a u were trash in the streets have u jump through hopes to prove u take medicine and though u take the medicine they will accuse you of not taking it putting you on trial. I am applauded by the care that I received as a patient and refuse to be silent nurse practitioner Rebecca made me feel as though I was street trash yes I have mental health needs and yes I take my medication..
