Levels of Care
Our admissions team will work with you to explore the right payment options based on your needs, ensuring you get the best possible treatment.
In a PHP, patients live at home but follow an intensive schedule of treatment. Most programs require you to be on-site for about 40 hours per week.
Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
Licensed primary mental health facilities provide specialized care for diagnosing and treating mental health conditions. By offering early intervention and comprehensive services, they promote overall well-being and prevent long-term complications.
Substance use disorders often occur alongside primary mental health conditions. Programs for co-occurring substance use disorders focus on both conditions, tailoring treatment for comprehensive recovery.
Absolutely the best rehab experience of many! Feels like home and a family they truly care and the program taught me a lot! Counselors are great! Has a professional music studio! Everything is upscale! Thank You so much Vanity

I've never been there but I've received multiple phone calls from there and when I asked them to stop it they told me it wasn't them even though it traces literally back to their phone number. If that's the way they deal with phone calls I shudder to imagine the way they deal with addiction probably should just run away

Esmeralda does not listen. Instead of throwing all these meds at me that don't work, give me something that does. These Drs need to start listening to the patients. I recommend Harbor instead. Get rid of Esmeralda!! She's awful. Listen to your patients!! It's our body, and we know what works and don't work. Im pissed because I'm trying to do everything right. Im trying all these worthless meds. She needs to pay me back for all these meds I keep paying for that don't work

Left me to withdraw off of medication during a high risk pregnancy because I missed ONE medication appointment due to having tests done at another doctor’s the same day; Esmeralda especially needs fired between the way she gaslights patients and refuses to listen on top of doing something horrible like this to another woman and putting my baby at further risk by making me sick. They would not even give me a lower dose to wean off of. One single missing appointment due to other medical needs and being at a different doctor and they pull this, not even warning me the medication could cause withdrawal, told me to wait almost a month for another appointment if I wanted a refill. Never going back, would never recommend, they do not care about people.

Unfortunately after spending a year here I realize the staff are misdiagnosing and over medicating a lot of clients for retention purposes. I’m my psychiatrist has missed appointments and my case manager even recently flirted with me a few weeks ago

I had an appointment with my peer support worker to help me fill out some paperwork. When I arrived, she wasnt even there that say. I went home. Its been over a week. I have not been called to reschedule or even to get an apology. I have severe copd. Its extremely difficult to get bathed, dressed and find transportation to go anywhere. I also lost my cab money. I had to pay to get there and back. 2nd- I had over the phone counciling with Deborah(forgot last name). It was going so well. One time only did I have to cancel because I was having breathing problems. Receptionist said she would call and inform her. I waited and waited. Finally,I was hung up on. They never called back and I never received anymore counciling. She quit call8ng me all together. Not very nice at all. I dont treat people that way when I was still able to work. It lacks integrity and proffessionalism. Id change to another facility but I like seeing Heather. She is very helpful to me. Dona Good

They have appalling, criminal ways of getting rid of their uninsured patients. Zepf "counselors" falsely accused me of making threats which got me suspended from school and kicked out of the country, just so that they wouldn't have to deal with me using their services Their "crisis line" is trash too, with "counselors" who will hang up on you whenever they feel like it
