Residential programs for substance use and mental health with structured care and 24/7 monitoring. Treatment takes place on-site, with behavioral health professionals often providing care in group, individual, and family settings.
Transitional housing designed to support individuals recovering from substance use disorders offering a safe, supportive and structured environment for practicing long-term sobriety, while reintegrating back into daily living.
In a PHP, patients live at home but follow an intensive schedule of treatment. Most programs require you to be on-site for about 40 hours per week.
Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
Some primary care providers offer mental health diagnosis and treatment. This can prevent patients from developing more serious conditions.
Substance use and mental health can occur simultaneously as co-occurring disorders. Treatment for co-occurring disorders involves therapy and other personalized interventions to address both conditions.

I went here as a kid from 2009 to 2012 they had always treated as horribly. The whole reason why I stopped going was because I went to my primary care doctor to get a refill because the psychologist told me to my primary care doctor told me that this is too high of a dosage for a child. Come to find out many years later as an adult I have autism.
Great place for a budgeted income. Received the help we were looking for. Had to wait a few hours the first time, but with appointment the wait was short .
Walked my daughter in at 9am ,lobby completely empty and she was told to come back at 2pm. They had to find paperwork.
Miss Terry and Miss Natelie have literally help change my life. I’m extremely grateful for all they’ve done for me.
I have been a patient at one of these type of government funded mental health community services programs for the last 35 years. Three different Counties before I got with Jackson co. Just have to say wow, what an awesome community! I have never had an experience like I just had here. I was given options, treated respectfully, and really for the first time felt cared for. (Rebecca is the best). Peace 2 all 🙏.
Still waiting in the office and the lady is very rude and whenever people come in here for their mental health they should not have to deal with someone being rude to them right off the bat The doctor I talked to is very nice
Had an online appointment at 9:00. Used the URL given to me by my social worker and logged in at 8:30. Waited an hour until someone logged on to tell me to use a different url. Waited and called SIX times bc no one answered the phone. Then they told me to drive to the building. Had to wait another half hour in the parking lot until they told us to go home and that they would call or text me at 11. I have waited 2 hours and still haven't been contacted. They are completely unprofessional. I still have not talked to a therapist and my appointment was supposed to be 4 hours ago.
Went to see about doing intake which is between hours of 830 and 1230. I showed up at 10 and they told me sorry to come back another day earlier. Schools are shut down cause a virus and my refused help.
