I give honest reviews so I’ll give 2 stars instead of 1 because the staff are very nice and they care. However, both times I have attempted out patient here, all we did was watch YouTube and listen to music.. I thought there would be group discussions.. actual therapy things.. but no.. both times were “watch this YouTube video about stress or anxiety” and talk about how you feel after watching.. very boring, very tedious, and very time consuming.. especially when you have a full time job and have bills to pay.

This place has been great so far! I am in the IOP program and the staff have all been awesome and the material has been helpful.

I’m going there for myself and they are absolutely amazing. They do work You on your individual issues, but you’re in a group setting and hearing other people‘s thoughts and feelings and their experience helps

I’d call this place a joke, but that’d be an insult to jokes everywhere. This is a place for troubled teens right? So why did my daughter get kicked out after two and a half days even though she was not violent and didn’t make threats? Seems like they can’t handle troubled teens at all. By the way, they DID charge me for the full program, even though she was there less than three days. Just don’t even bother. I was told all they did was play with slime anyway. Waste of time and money. Just a way for your troubled teen to meet even more troubled teens.

FRAUDS!!!! ONLY CONCERN IS MONEY NOT THE TRUE WELLBEING OF THE PATIENT. Was told start of day 3 that I had to pay $2000 out of pocket for the 8 week program. I couldn't afford any large amount and therefore had to drop out. I received charges totalling over $800 for 1 day and a half in the program. I do not recommend at all. I went for assessment and because of my household responsibilities, I had to schedule to come in 2 weeks later so I could go on medical LOA. I was told during the assessment that they would notify me prior to start if I had any out of pocket expenses, as this was a concern of mine and their normal policy. I heard nothing from them prior to starting so to me that meant I did not have any out of pocket cost. Day 1 another assessment completed (per policy), which meant I was not participating in the classes that day, because I was constantly being pulled out. Day 2 I did participate in classes and saw the psychologist. Received a miss call notification from financial department and attempted to call back but jad to leave a message. Day 3 I attended 1 class for a hour. Went on break and placed call to financial department again. At that time was notified I had $2000 out of pocket cost due at that time in order to proceed with treatment. So I had to leave the program. Very upsetting when you really need the help. Causing a panic attack. There seemed to be no empathy, no 2nd thought to making sure my mental state was okay, no way to work things out for me to remain in the program. They didn't recommend another program or options to help me. I thank God I had a therapist prior to starting the program. By the way my therapist felt I needed more consistent emergent help which is why I came to the IOP program in the 1st place. My bill is fraudulent because they have my care listed as hospital stay verse outpatient and for therapy I did not truly receive. THEY NEED RO BE SHUT DOWN! The day of therapy I did receive was a waste because it was generalized not addressing personal issues. I did go to another facility and they were a big help and my wellbeing came before getting my money. Kettering behavioral health is the place I recommend.

Please consider going here. One of the best therapists of my life I️ saw While here in this program. A truly life changing experience for me for the better. It’s been years since I️ attended And it has still to this day been one of the best mental health experiences of my life. I’d choose this one if I️ was you.

Honestly all you need to know is that if you have a teenager or just a kid in general DO NOT SEND THEM HERE!!!! This was by far THE WORST mental health facility I have ever been to. When I went there I was 11 years old and they were so disrespectful and rude to me. Instead of helping me see that my behaviors were bad they just told me that I can’t act like that and that they were going to send me to a residential facility. I was there to GET help not get worse and when I went home that day I cried to my parents not to let me back there. I could say so much more but please don’t send your kids here they are so disrespectful and rude and they will put there hands on your kids.
