AspenRidge Recovery Colorado Springs helps clients leave shame at the door and build the tools to live a life of long-term recovery from addiction, mental health, and trauma. Through flexible outpatient programs, they offer individualized care, proven treatment methods, and lifelong alumni support. Medicaid is accepted, and clients receive the same high-quality treatment regardless of their financial situation. To increase access, they also partner with Uber Health and RTD Access-a-Ride for transportation support. Choose Individual Support Over Generic Solutions AspenRidge Recovery’s mental health and addiction treatment is never one-size-fits-all, walking each client through the levels of care and therapies that best suit them. They use evidence-based therapies—including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and motivational interviewing—along with holistic therapies to support social, emotional, physical, and spiritual wellness. Clients find genuine joy by creating a sober community, exploring hobbies, repairing meaningful relationships, and building a life they don’t want to escape from. Follow a Program Schedule that Fits Real Life AspenRidge’s day program—also known as partial hospitalization (PHP)—offers 30+ hours of weekly care for up to 30 days. Their 5-day IOP offers 15 hours each week for up to 60 days, and their 3-day IOP offers 9 hours each week for up to 90 days. Each level includes group and individual therapy, medication-assisted treatment, and case management, with in-person and hybrid options. AspenRidge can also connect clients to local sober living residences. Stay in a Community Committed to Recovery AspenRidge Recovery’s alumni program offers a lifelong connection that makes it easier to maintain sobriety. Consistent support comes through weekly meetings and an alumni app that provides space to share recovery milestones and ask for support. From kayaking trips and talent shows to holiday parties and intramural sports, alumni stay engaged, encouraged, and empowered—proving that recovery is not only possible, but also fun, connected, and sustainable.

Recovery Care Offered

Day Treatment

In a PHP, patients live at home but follow an intensive schedule of treatment. Most programs require you to be on-site for about 40 hours per week.

Intensive Outpatient Program

An intensive outpatient program (IOP) falls between inpatient care and traditional outpatient services, with therapy and skills-building activities designed to support recovery and provide flexibility. IOP is ideal for those needing support but not the 24/7 care of a residential facility.

Outpatient

Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.

Virtual & In-Home Care

The delivery of therapeutic services utilizing technology such as video conferencing, online messaging or phone calls, allowing for flexibility, comfort and increased access to care.

Licensed Primary Mental Health

Some primary care providers offer mental health diagnosis and treatment. This can prevent patients from developing more serious conditions.

Co-Occurring Disorders

Substance use and mental health can occur simultaneously as co-occurring disorders. Treatment for co-occurring disorders involves therapy and other personalized interventions to address both conditions.
