Levels of Care
Our admissions team will work with you to explore the right payment options based on your needs, ensuring you get the best possible treatment.
In a PHP, patients live at home but follow an intensive schedule of treatment. Most programs require you to be on-site for about 40 hours per week.
Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
Treatment for co-occurring mental health disorders, which affect the majority of individuals diagnosed, integrates care for mental health conditions with primary substance use. Personalized care plans are crafted to effectively address each condition simultaneously, optimizing the healing process.
Absolutely the best rehab experience of many! Feels like home and a family they truly care and the program taught me a lot! Counselors are great! Has a professional music studio! Everything is upscale! Thank You so much Vanity

This place is horrible. I came in for a assessment because I'm just getting out of the federal system from doing 9 years. I explained to my PO that I hadn't done drugs in almost 15 years. He said it's up to the person doing my assessment to determine if I need drug classes. The lady doing my assessment was clearly impressed by me and my intelligence. She said that I carry myself in a very professional manner. However at the end of the assessment she said that I need to come to these classes once a month. I explained to her that I finally found someone to hire me and that these classes would interfere with my job and I'll get fired because I'm on a 90 day period. When I asked her why I need the class she couldn't give me a answer. All she kept saying is that I could be a good example for the other people in the group. So I'm asking her, you basically want me to come in and do volunteer work that's going to cost me my job just so you can get paid off me being there, smh. This lady didn't care about my struggle to get myself established back in the community. I can see if I needed the service but I haven't used drugs in almost 15 years. She tries to act like she so sweet and innocent but all they trying do is put a few dollars in their pocket and not worried if I get fired or not. There is no integrity within her to make me come to a class knowing I don't need this service
Going in I wasn’t opened minded but through each conversation I gained and became aware of changes that I wanted to make. Frazier is an amazing helpful understanding and thoughtful person. I was very fortunate to have gotten a counselor like herself. Thank You Miss Frazier !!!
I had a very nice counselor named Ms Frazier she always had a very great attitude also good at helping people at hard times ,and she would definitely hear you out and help you out with any situation you’re in I would definitely recommend her 😊
Its a poor choice if you really want to get clean.
The director is also a counselor who is very rude. They do not care about your time. I had to wait 15 minutes for the sessions to even start. They try to make you feel like you are crazy and worthless.
Mrs Frazier is one of the most compassionate people she actually cares what's going on with you. Thank you so much for being here for me..
Never had so much trouble at one place. The say they care they dont they just care about money. Dont go here choose somewhere else. I was told my insurance would cover everything then the wait until the end of the program to say well there was a co pay of 30 for each session. They wait until the end of the program to tell me this and hold the certificate I need for my probation officer until I can pay that lump sum. Through the course of the program they constantly cancel group sessions with no notice and let you show up for nothing. They didnt keep track of sessions and I did many more than I even needed to. When I try to call and see if anything can be done they dont care and just get an attitude and hang up on you. They dont care how their businesses is run and they definitely dont care about you.
They are good at helping people
