Bro they didn't get my meds for a whole week, terrible stuff, not nsh aproved

Avoid this place! The staff are unprofessional. The front desk attendant is outwardly pleasant but actually manipulative and unkind. We had to wait for her to finish a personal call and then said we were too late for the appointment. These people do not care about you or your kids. They are just order takers and form fillers. Do not go to this place.

Any Avita is not good to go to. DO NOT GO TO ANY AVITA ! they don't care about you are anyone they only care about the money you give them. They mistreat clients and treat them as they are a pay check and not a real human with feelings and the right to make their own choices. It's disgusting

Incompetent staff. I've reported a few to the licensing board. They do not care about mental health. Update: this business has been reported for FALSE ADVERTISING AND LACK OF CARE OF THEIR PATIENTS.

This place doesn’t even deserve a star. I’m desperate to get my son some help that he needs the therapist 5 mins after us talking said he won’t open a case unless my son wants to be here. He undermined me infront of my son. I told him I know what’s best and I think he could help. He basically Refused to talk to him if my 12 YEAR OLD SON didn’t wanna be there. Excuse me. It’s my job to see when my child is struggling and needs help. He just validated to my son that my son doesn’t have to talk. Or deal with anything if he doesn’t want to. What the hell he is 12. We were in the office maybe 10 minutes. Absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful. Maybe it’s a blessing. But this was a last hope kind of thing. I honestly can’t believe what just happened. Then he threw in my face we canceled a prior appointment. Because I had an emergency procedure done and was unable to drive and was conscious because I went under. We told the lady that and there was no communication. Do not taken your children here. They won’t help they are looking to push anyone they can away. Pathetic. I would Understand if my child was 18 or maybe 16. But he is 12. And I can see he needs some support and then to go and undermine me and validate my child that he doesn’t need to be there. No!

It's just wasting time. After sending my kid here over two months ago, we talked to a so-called therapist to see what she thought about the progress. To our jaw-dropping surprise, she said she was unaware my kid had this issue! Who goes to a therapist e every week for no reason? I had to remind her to sit there and tell the story to get an "Oh, ok." reaction This is after her typing nonstop during the first session, and who knows what happened to her notes? Later, we asked to change the therapist, and we were told a supervisor would contact us. Well, three weeks later, and nothing yet.

Victoria was very kind I loved all the decorations they put up for the change of the seasons. She always helps me set appointments and is very friendly. The staff has such a sweet demeanor.
