Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
Treatment for co-occurring mental health disorders, which affect the majority of individuals diagnosed, integrates care for mental health conditions with primary substance use. Personalized care plans are crafted to effectively address each condition simultaneously, optimizing the healing process.
Absolutely the best rehab experience of many! Feels like home and a family they truly care and the program taught me a lot! Counselors are great! Has a professional music studio! Everything is upscale! Thank You so much Vanity

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, CASE WORKER NEVER RETURN CALLS BACK AND DON'T EVEN HELP WITH THE PATIENT'S NEEDS. PEOPLE WHO WORKS THERE ARE JUST THERE FOR A PAY CHECK NOT BECAUSE THEY HAVE THE KIND HEART TO HELP THE PATIENT.
I wanted to schedule an appointment with a doctor and was told to renew my services with my case worker, but she never answers the phone. Case worker is always conveniently occupied with other patients whenever I tried calling every day.
Staff is very nice and supportive i’ve never been abused either so 5 stars+
My son has been on treatment here because of his aggressiveness. but no change. Recently had a visited by a member named TIM from this ' clinic , but seems like my got more aggressive. My son's name is Joseph Adams September 10 1990
It’s been a month I haven’t went to my case manager. I’ve been suffering mental health problems for 5 1/2 years. From meds to changing doctors, to the children clinic to adult clinic. Depression and anxiety only gotten worse. Case manager has been changed and never returned. Also never felt a connection with him. Worst advice: “forgive the people that did you wrong” HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO DO THAT?! IVE BEEN HURT AND BEING TAKEN ADVANTAGED OF MANY TIMES!! also Been canceling appointments due that he’s not here and replacement isn’t available. This is my personal experience, some vary but honestly… this place needs better staff, respect and service. 🙄
Impossible to reach anyone.
I recently visited Border Region hoping to reestablish care for my ongoing mental health needs after some time away. Due to the nature of my job, it can be difficult to take days off, which delayed my ability to return sooner. I spent nearly five hours across two separate appointments (April 21, then April 28) completing intake questionnaires, answering identical mental health surveys (how many times are you going to ask me if I am hallucinating?), and speaking with multiple staff members. While I appreciate the courtesy shown by the staff during my visits, I left disappointed and frustrated by the inefficiency of the process. After investing significant time and sharing personal health information, I was informed that I still would not be able to speak with a prescribing provider for another month and a half. It was particularly disheartening that there was no clear communication at the start regarding the multiple steps and long delays involved. The last time I visited, April 21, I was told that on my next scheduled visit I'd speak with both an intake worker and a psychologist. This did not happen. I spoke only with a lady in a cubicle, then waited 4 hours to speak with a lady in a small room. Additionally, the suggestion to call daily for possible cancellations felt impractical and added to my anxiety about receiving essential medications in a timely manner. I hope this feedback can help the clinic revisit its patient intake and communication practices. Those of us seeking mental health support are often doing so at vulnerable times, and clear, compassionate, and efficient care makes a tremendous difference.
You walk in looking for help, and the NP Dr. Boyle has you walking out feeling worse. that's all you need to know. I don't understand how they allow him to keep treating patients this way when he keeps getting complaints. fire him instantly, he doesn't deserve to work there if he is just gonna make people cry and feel hopeless.
