UPDATE: 12/1/25 I'm downgrading my rating. So far it seems they have done nothing with the things they said they would help me with. The staff was nice, but I had a long wait because the their internet service was down. I really hope they can help me with my needs without having to physically coming to this location because its a very long ride on the city bus to get here from where I live.

Helped me get my Food Certification License. I didn't have any money to pay for it and someone came out their own pockets to pay the fee to see me better myself.
The positive reviews must be from staff because when I went there , spent a lot of time doing paper came there for back-to-back for days when told and didn't get no help after they said they was going to reach out to me.
Mikhail Chizel, BSW is the most professional, non procrastinating person I know that. He is very dedicated to his commitment to help others. They assisted me through the TWIC card process, when I say Ms Kotosha jumped in at one phone call. Ms. Esmeralda started the process and definitely was not afraid to ask questions
Miss Allexis Molden, Alysa Novoa, Brenda and Jeremy Sanders are all very helpful as well as the ladies who work at the entrance checking people in.
