Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
Treatment for co-occurring mental health disorders, which affect the majority of individuals diagnosed, integrates care for mental health conditions with primary substance use. Personalized care plans are crafted to effectively address each condition simultaneously, optimizing the healing process.
Absolutely the best rehab experience of many! Feels like home and a family they truly care and the program taught me a lot! Counselors are great! Has a professional music studio! Everything is upscale! Thank You so much Vanity

I want to take a moment to share my experience at CAAA. This is a nonprofit clinic operating in Cuyahoga County. Oftentimes, the way your morning goes sets the tone for the rest of your day. Good or bad. Methadone clinics are not seen as a happy place to be, but I always leave there in a better mood than when I came in. The staff at this facility is amazing. The feeling of cohesion and unity among the staff is magnetic. Believe me when I tell you, they are here to help you. When I lost my job, Dr. Moore (President) was there for me 110%. T’Shawn, in the billing department, is a rockstar. Always helping me with patience and kindness. Saying he’s gone above and beyond doesn’t come close to describing his dedication. I’ve gotten more out of my four counseling sessions with Mr. MacDaniel than I have in years of therapy. Mr. Goosby and the security team is fantastic. And I’d be remiss not to mention Miss Sanders. She helped me through my intake process, and her level of care is palpable. This is a place that treats their clients with dignity and respect and they have the best team in Cuyahoga county, bar none.
Mrs Boone IS GREAT! LOVE HER
I used to have nothing but good things to say about this place however things have changed. I'll explain. When I started the program it was under the leadership of the CEO Mrs. Hall. She was and still is a phenomenal woman. The clinic was all about clients advocating for themselves, a strong mandatory presence of group counseling, and great employees who genuinely care about the clients. Unfortunately, to the dismay of many the lovely Mrs. Hall retired. They tried to bring in a new CEO I won't mention her name because she is a good person, but she ran the place into the ground and Mrs. Hall had to retire from retirement and come back to CAAA. In a matter of days the old employees who quit came back, proper nurses were hired, clients were happy, and the place was running normal again. I've never seen anything like it happen to a business honestly, fail and resurrect like that. Now to present time. Again, Mrs Hall running as interm CEO brought back all the good employees who left, and managed to hire the best doctor in the MAT business, Dr. Perran. Well as you can guess Mrs Hall wanted to retire again. After Mrs. Hall left things immediately changed for the worst as everyone expected. The new CEO does not believe clients have a say in things, clients are scared to speak up, and the group department is non existent. Groups are the most important things to a client's recovery, and unfortunately it's gone. The clinic is now dose and leave. The atmosphere has changed, clients are afraid to speak up because the new CEO looks down on them. I won't name him either. It's ironically funny though because the new CEO has been in trouble for embezzlement while acting as a super intendent for a near by school system. Yet he still looks down at addicts who are searching for help. Now having the mindset of a superintendent you can guess that they are used to dealing with kids and having power to the point where no one can say no or argue with you. Well that mindset immediately made his 3 best employees leave, their reason? Being treated like children. One of the best counselors in Ohio stuck around simply for the clients and to run groups. Unfortunately after two months of horrible treatment he was forced to leave. Now that there is MAT competition in the area along with a new CEO the clinic has gone from let's save lives and provide a phenomenal program to let's loosen the rules minimum state guidelines in hopes of gaining/retaining clients. They have chosen to give clients gift cards and presents as a way of enticing them. As opposed to, you know, providing a strong system that will get them sobe and properly recovered. That's all any addict really wants, to get healthy. Providing them money is essentially the opposite of what should be done. It's a disaster, the wrong way to think about things, and unfortunately no one can change a man's mind who refuses to listen to anyone, especially the clients in the trenches whom they look down upon. I am glad I left the program, and many other clients have switched to the competition as well. It is truly sad what has happened to the place I would at one point recommend to anyone searching for MAT help for addiction. Now I can only say look elsewhere. The new and old clinics in the area are getting much better praises. I don't know if the information is public, but simply look at the number of clients from 2020-2023 and you'll clearly see a pattern that backs up what I said. It went from 800 something clients to around 350 in just 3 years. I don't know what it is now, but I can't imagine it has gotten better unless there was a major change. I am glad I left the clinic at the right time. My time there was great until the end. I hope any addict out there can get the help they need and I pray they do.
Great place for people with addiction to receive help and mental health
I guess there’s good things and bad things about this Clinic I don’t know from personal experience I’m going by what other people have told me but if it helps someone get off drugs well then that’s a good thing
It's all about which doctor is there. Thankfully, within the last 2 years, they have changed drastically (for the better).. people can now live a normal life and not have to be held down by a clinic (to a certain extent) .. dr.cook had compassion fatigue, and I believe that caused a huge decline in client satisfaction. Now that she is gone.. things are beyond better for the clients.
Very unprofessional staff is always angry or very immature & they’re always changing things.
