Levels of Care
Our admissions team will work with you to explore the right payment options based on your needs, ensuring you get the best possible treatment.
Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
Some primary care providers offer mental health diagnosis and treatment. This can prevent patients from developing more serious conditions.
Substance use and mental health can occur simultaneously as co-occurring disorders. Treatment for co-occurring disorders involves therapy and other personalized interventions to address both conditions.
Absolutely the best rehab experience of many! Feels like home and a family they truly care and the program taught me a lot! Counselors are great! Has a professional music studio! Everything is upscale! Thank You so much Vanity

Predatory billing and charges. This is typical for medical facilities now, but they still deserve to be shamed for it. My husband is a self paying individual. During a wellness appmt, his provider asked if he smoked. My husband responded. Later when we received the bill, there was a $50 “nicotine consultation” charge. When we questioned it, we were told that is the fee for discussing. He simply answered a question and was charged for it. Absolute madness, disgusting, beware.
Twice they have canceled my appointment on the day of the visit even though they know that I have to take a day off from work just to see the doctor! Very unprofessional clinic!!!! Stay away!!!
This play makes you so miserable and they treat you like your a total joke honestly! .... Had an appointment today with my child to get a flu shot and they told me they ran out of flu shots and used the last one 20 minutes ago .... Like what is that about ??? Make me come to the appointment for what ? Just so they can get paid for it and tell me they ran out of flu shots ...... ???? This is unbelievable and insane. Ever since I have been coming there there's always issues all the time . It's always a game . I am for sure planning to change different location . Very disappointed. Don't recommend that place for nobody . Please don't choose community health center for urself or your child .
Spoke to a Megan on the phone about a concern I had with someone at the facility and Megan (the facility manager) was rude and unhelpful . There are other medical professionals in Torrington that are quite accommodating . I don’t recommend this facility.
Saw the foot Dr there and the ch I'm chiropractor. I have experienced wonderful care here also therapy this place is wonderful helped me with my medical issues. Helped me but sadly I am still have foot fungus. And haven't yet found a Dr to cure it. I also think that the pharmacy there has I such great staff . They are friendly and kind. I think that most the Drs there are awesome n if I had an bad experience they would always reach out to fix it personally Very professional
I feel very fortunate to have Nancy Christiano as my PCP. She is very thorough and CH&W is a better place because of her and other staff members too! Also,Mrs.Christiano really cares about her patients.
Honestly the worst place to go to in 469 Migeon Ave Torrington CT 06790 United States was seen at the dentist and for a partial denture it took almost a year to get it done which it never happened. The black Hispanic woman in charge was extremely rude, she thinks she’s the owner of the building. She also treats the staff very poorly, I witnessed one of them cry because of the rudeness of this woman. The dentist was nice but unfortunately he had to follow her rules. Their lab is deplorable because they never got the partial denture right. It was the worse experience of my life. But they made sure to charged my insurance timely! Very unprofessional, rude and lack of understanding. The front desk was polite and friendly, but unfortunately the dentist crew were rude. I don’t recommend this place, save your time and energy somewhere else. I would have given 0* but it doesn’t allow me so I had to put 1*. Please don’t go here, you have been warned.
I love my pcp here but I came for another visit and she was busy so I saw Wendy Perry and she was AWFUL. She was so rude, basically belittled me for being overweight, said “that’s not an excuse” when I told her how I was handling things with my pcp. She tried to make me feel bad for taking weight loss shots, she gave me “tips” on how to lose weight, like I don’t know what to do and am not working on it with my PRIMARY. Like I’m only here for one issue cos my primary was booked. She ordered unneeded bloodwork. Never again. I should have gone to a walk in. Edit: I stand by what I say about Wendy, but the practice manager did call me to hear my side, and he was very nice. She assured me I was NOT crazy, and was very polite and respectful. I appreciate that she listened and cared about what I had to say.
